One thing Dunkin' absolutely nails? Their rewards program! Unlike other loyalty programs, Dunkin' Reward Points never expire. The Dunkin' app is amazing — it even reminds you to redeem your rewards at checkout so you never miss out. But what really sets it apart is that you can redeem multiple rewards in a single order — something most other places don’t allow. I've scored entire orders for free just by stacking my rewards. It’s seriously one of the best loyalty programs out there.
I usually place a larger order for 3–4 people through the Dunkin’ app, and my order is consistently ready on time and accurate at this location.
Staff greet you with a smile and a “good morning,”—even when you can tell they might not be feeling it—and before handing me my bags, I can actually see them double-checking the receipt against the order—real-time quality control! It’s a level of care that is seriously lacking at many other Dunkin' locations in the area.
There were only two occasions when I have had issues at this location. Once, I was asked to pull around because my order wasn’t ready, and another time items were missing.
As for the food—it’s Dunkin’, so you know what to expect: pre-made items assembled quickly. But this location consistently does it a little bit better. Hash browns come out crispy, not soggy. Cheese is melted, not rubbery or dried out. The wake-up wraps usually have soft edges instead of those hard, stale bits. Even the donuts taste fresher than other locations.
And the best part? This location is open 24/7! Whether you're an early bird or a late-night snacker, it's the perfect spot to satisfy your sweet or savory cravings.
If you’ve been disappointed by other Dunkin’ locations lately, do yourself a favor and give this one a try. The service makes all...
Read moreRegardless of a wet floor sign and a puddled soaking wet floor, my husband and I went to Dunkin today at this location right around 10:45 am. Upon walking in, I slipped in the puddle walking in and fell. Bruising my knees and elbow. Normally, this would not be so bothersome but I am pregnant, and the store staff was less than helpful. A very wonderful customer went up and asked if I was okay, and then proceeded to ask the front for ice for me. Which then was given none. The employees did not have a care in the world. What keeps a business running is the presence of an attentive staff. Again, there was a wet floor sign, however, if I were 8 months pregnant this would have been a 911 call, and not an incident. Upon calling the manager, she kept apologizing for “poor service”, this wasn’t poor service. This was purely lack of care and training on stressful situations. Do better, this was an awful experience. I hope to see a rug in the entry way of this Dunkin’...
Read moreThis is the worst dunkin donuts location ever. We went there to grab a coffee and a breakfast sandwich after Halloween. We orderd 2 of the same thing, a sausage egg and cheese biscuit. It first took 2 minutes just to get the basic order down. We pay, look at our food, and it is just a sausage biscuit, I said Sausage egg and cheese biscut 4 times. so we go back inside, tell them what they did wrong, he says they will fix it, after 5 minutes of waiting he finally slapped together the sandwiches and we went on our way, open up the sandwiches and they didn't put cheese on it. They are extremely incompetent and rude. I got my boss some food from the drive through and the immature lady there said, "wow you must be hungry" everytime we go there something is screwed up. I will never go back here, if I do, I will order food, see that it was messed up and then go inside and throw it...
