4/17/25 UPDATE: Max, for your convenience I’m going to share your current pricing as listed on your website for the items that I ordered: Turkey Sandwich-$16, coleslaw-$5, bottled water-$4, plus tax and tip (despite the poor customer service) came out to $30. As for what I ordered and how I ordered it that seems slightly irrelevant because the turkey itself was dry and flavorless and the coleslaw was inedible. I’d be open to trying your food again if you’d be open to me showing up unannounced. To me that would be a fair assessment because your staff should be able to deliver the same standard of food and customer service as you, right? I will even go a step further and offer to pay for the meal if the quality of food is as you described and your staff delivers a quality of customer service that matches. As for my preference in news outlets, I tend to watch local news outlets coupled with international news outlets. As I’m sure you’ve noticed outlets such as CNN and Fox aren’t able to report without their own biases, much like you.

This place honestly didn’t have any redeeming qualities. For starters the prices are obscene! Even if the food quality was good (which it wasn’t) $30 for a sandwich, side, and water is wild! Beyond that the coleslaw tasted rancid and was inedible. The turkey sandwich was dry and flavorless. The portion size was insanely small for the price. The best part of the meal was the store bought bun. Unfortunately the customer service was just as bad as the meal. SCAM SCAM SCAM!! THIS COMPANY STEALS AND SCAM THEIR CUSTOMERS.

The girl working at the front was terrible. She mistakenly charged me for 3 sandwiches when I repeatedly told her no pickles. Instead of her listening to what I was saying she was trying to talk to my husband. I told her simple instructions. Once the food came out she gave us 3 trays of food and I went back and explained what I was trying to tell her and she finally understood what I meant when I described how I wanted my sandwich. I asked for a refund just for the one sandwich and I would take the others how they are. They refunded me the whole ticket which was $41 then made me pay another $20 something dollars for the correct order I actually wanted. The manager had an attitude while I was waiting for my refund and I proceeded to ask for a refund ticket which he huffed about that as well. A week later I see no refund hit my account. so I called my bank and told them that the company is scamming because I have yet to see a refund. My bank went through all of my charges and transactions. They saw where the manager charged me twice but no money was given back. Thankfully I was able to dispute it and get money back. It is now august and he’s now trying to take the money back and lie and say he gave me a refund. I called my bank again and we went through everything from may to August…. Still no refund!! WOW! Didn't expect this today! This is a must visit locally owned/operated BBQ joint in a small brewery "food mall!" Let's start with the could be better (because nothing was bad!). The biggest disappointment was the lack of BBQ sauce options....there are only 2. BBQ & mustard BBQ. 🤷‍♂️ I LOVE BBQ SAUCE....can more be made available? Then there's the Mac & Cheese....a WOW when you first bite it because it has garlic powder in it. It was a great novelty at first, but wears on the pallet quickly. Maybe hold back on the garlic? Simple is best with Mac & Cheese. Lastly, as good as the brisket was, it had way too much cracked pepper on it. Every bite crunched in your mouth with black pepper, and it was hard to taste the meat. Maybe use powder instead of cracked? However, overall, the visit was terrific. The food was delicious and fresh! I will definitely go back! The staff was friendly and their work atra very clean and sanitary. This BBQ spot is a must visit, and while you are there, check out the other eateries in the building!!!! Blue Dog is also VETERAN...
