Super Duper Spot — Restaurant in Lakeland

Food is pretty good but overpriced . The customer service it's absolute TRASH they treat the customers as if the customer needs them and they dont need the customer's business. They're super duper rude (see what i did there) lol . They somehow got my order wrong after me telling them exactly what I wanted weird right lol. I call to let them know so I can bring the food back and so they can fix it. They get upset and hang up the phone on me. Wouldn't pick up when I call back so I waited about 15mins I call back. I say he why did you guys hang up on me? The lady just hands the phone to someone else. I tell the guy who picks up I was hung up on by the lady that game him the phone and he tells me just tell me what your problem is I was like wow. I just want my money back you can keep the food. He says ok and hangs up on me. But I didn't give him the info he needs to put it back on my card yet so I call back took about 20mins this time they finally pick up and I say hey I don't want any trouble I just want my money back and I'll give your the food back and won't charge you for the gas it will take me to come back for the messed up order you gave me she laughed and said i just sent it here it is a week later and still didn't get...

If I could leave 0 Stars, I would. I visited super duper spot after looking it up online. It looked good and cheap, so I decided to try it out. The prices online were incorrect, and upon ordering I found out my chicken sandwich and hash browns cost $14.45. The hash browns were good, but the chicken sandwich was indistinguishable from a McChicken for the steep price of $12. If you missed it, the chicken sandwich itself was over $12. I cannot convey to you how small this sandwich was. When I paid, the cashier let me know that they didn't have any change, only bills. So I gave her $15 and was out $0.55. Not ideal, but I had no choice, and who cares? It's only 50 cents, right? Upon receiving my order I asked for some ranch and the cashier informed me that the ranch cost $0.50. I asked her if I could use the $0.55 that I already paid extra for my chicken sandwich and she said no. So, if I wanted ranch, I would have to give her another dollar, and then be ripped off another 50 cents due to their "lack of change." I’ve been coming to this spot off and on for months and it’s usually good. The only time I got something bad was when I tried ordering the chicken tenders and they were very over cooked and dry and chewy. The other night, I didn’t want a full sandwich or burger so I decided to give the tenders another shot and I really wish I hadn’t. Again, they were very overcooked. Tasted like they were sitting out and then they just tossed them back in the fryer. I also ordered fries with American cheese on them and I assumed the cheese would get melted on but nope, cold cheese slices on top of my fries… I also decided a strawberry malted shake sounded really good so I ordered that for the first time but it tasted like it had no dairy in it. It was icy and lacking flavor and didn’t come with the whipped cream or the strawberry syrup on top. Which is a shame because it’s a whopping $6.
