Please DO NOT! waste your time or money coming here. This location is complete trash! I came here to order something fairly SIMPLE! Large fry and vanilla cone. From the time I paid to getting my food 10 minutes had already past and my SIMPLE order wasn't ready. I was handed some barely warm fries that tasted horrible like they have been sitting out for a while. I kindly asked for another large fry but freshly made and I'd be happy to wait. The person at the window was combative kept questioning me about why the fries weren't ok. She finally went to whoever to say whatever I said and came back with some fresh fries in a medium fry container. I this point I'm livid cause I PAID for a fresh large fry! I calmly tell the lady this is not what I ordered and showed her my receipt. She goes back to tell whoever in corner what I said and comes back with a small tiny fry and says have a nice day. I look at her and repeat myself. THIS IS NOT WHAT I ORDERED!!!! She said says she did the calculation and a small and a medium equals a large........ What is soooooo hard about giving me simply what I PAID for. She goes back again for 3rd time to tell the manager and then the manager comes to the window with a stank attitude and asks for the bags back and puts them inside and then goes to prepare MY LARGR FRY. I did not feel comfortable accepting any food from them at this point because of the manager’s attitude. I told the crew member to just give me a complete refund because I don't want no one to tamper with me food because they have an attitude. She takes me card and only refunds me for the large fry. Unbelievable. . . . . Please don't spend any of your money here. There are only children working here and the young manager has a serious attitude problem. If you don’t like your job, you should really find another one!!!!!!! Please my initial receipt, the refund and then the last receipt where I went to another McDonalds and they provided excellent customer service and HOT FRESH FRIES and you can actually read what the receipt says!!! UNLIKE THIS TRASH...
Read moreSuch goes the way for businesses that turn to electronics over people interaction, they stop know how to service customers.
It just so happens that I have an order that cannot be entered on a kiosk or app because the option isn’t there and McDonald’s corporate will never add it. Mind you, it can be done by the cashier on their register, so naturally I go to a register.
4.36 minutes of standing at a register (clocked) before being acknowledged I was even in the building, let alone need an order taken… but it wasn’t by a word, it was just coming to the register and looking at me, by the supervisor on shift, none the less.
Place my order and supervisor was very cordial.
While waiting for food, observe the house. House is a mess. Receipts, food, drink spills on multiple areas of the floor. Several tables still have their number tags on them, but no customers. Team member takes out the trash, leaves a leaky mess behind and no mop after for at least the massive puddle and trail left in his wake.
The he staff behind the counter is laughing, joking, and being generally unprofessional… and doing all so VERY loudly.
3.32 minutes for food, not bad.
The food was actually really good again, as ordered.
I have come to this location about 10 times in the last 30ish days and this is pretty much the standard. The food is a pretty high quality but everything else is really terrible. When you are actually able to interact with a member of staff they are generally decent, but be prepared to wait. More often than not waiting for food to be prepared can take a decent chunk of time as well.
Clearly the location is short staffed, as are all McDonald’s now that they have kiosks, apps, and inflated min wage. But you’d think higher wages would yield you higher quality staff and management…. NOPE.
With that said, this is the ONLY McDonalds in North Lakeland worth going to if you have to go somewhere. The rest get the same 1/2 stars for service and atmosphere but also get the 1/2 for the...
Read morethis is the third mcdonald’s i tried to go to because all of the servers were down at other mcdonald’s. we called ahead of time to this specific mcdonald’s to make sure it was open and they said it was okay until 2:30am is when they would shut down their servers. we arrived at 1:50 and there was an extremely long and unmoving line, and as we approached, the mobile app allowed us to choose curbside pick up which we decided to do to avoid the long line. after waiting for 30 minutes, the app gave us a notification as if we had already received our order but we did not. concerned, we attempted to call 3 times and there was no answer, after a long ring on the fourth call attempt, a woman finally picked up and told us that curbside orders were not in place at that time and she had “just bagged our order” (at 2:20) and to just skip the line of cars and pull up to one of the windows. after spending a long time trying to reach the window because of the still unmoving line, we asked the man who handed us our order why the system would allow a curbside order if theyre not allowed after they lock the doors like the woman on the phone says and he said that they have to keep those open for deliveries. we asked if we had not called, would we have just been perpetually sitting there and got the response “yeah you would’ve been sitting there forever”. once we received our food it was cold and the ice in our drinks was watered down as if they had been just sitting there, and when we looked at the individual receipts on each of the burgers, the time stamps on those were 1:58am not 2:20 like when she said she just bagged our orders. the other mcdonald’s systems being down, the flawed system allowing us to curbside order, the struggle to get in contact to call, plus the dismissive ness of our situation, led to an extremely frustrating and...
