4/21- update they gave me back my money but the explanation was "waited too long" not completely ignored part of the order and the host was struggling to get a half made to-go order out the door an hour late. The hassle to get my money was just annoying, I called and was told to come in to get a cash refund on a credit card, than when I showed up the host called the owner to have them authorize my refund on my credit card and was shown a screenshot of my refund. Like do you want help running your business? You have my number, these are not high standards or extreme to manage, your team couldn't handle a little late night business, and you at corporate couldn't handle an S.O.P for a refund 🤮.
I placed an order late night, it's been a total crap shoot and a joke. Denny's, this Denny's especially is a waste of money.
After a long day of work I wanted Denny's. Silly me.
I placed what I thought was a simple order. See photo. Two sandwiches, they made the BBQ chicken on the spot because they completely forgot and ignored it the first time when it was labeled EVERYWHERE on the bag, I could see it on the monitor, and I heard him ask the chef who said he didn't make it and forgot about it. I will be in tomorrow morning for a refund, I will absolutely not waste my money on this kind of service and quality. 0/5 It does not matter how the food tastes (meh, bland, per Denny's tradition and letting my food sit for an hour) because of the terrible taste in my mouth from the host. The downright lack of understanding and just confusion from him was just disgusting to watch him run in the back, to try to make our food, run back to the front to take more orders, and run around not accomplishing anything truly unproductive circles. When our food was ready I had to tell him, like eye contact him down and tell him "I'm sure my food is ready dude, what are you doing" I looked at it ROT in the window. My Cali sandwich was ready at around 1150 based on how solid and unmelted the cheese was...for a sandwich melt... I didn't receive the second part of my order until 1248. Ew. Close this location or fire the late...

My wife and I have been semi-regular patrons of this Denny's location for quite some time, consistently appreciating the welcoming atmosphere, exceptional service, and reliably great-tasting food. Unfortunately, our recent visit this past Monday evening around 9 PM was a stark and disappointing contrast to our previous positive experiences. Upon arrival, we were greeted by an individual who appeared to be both overwhelmed and visibly irritated, despite the restaurant being nearly empty. This same person also served as our hostess and initially our server. Following the seating of two subsequent tables, the shift in our waitress's demeanor was palpable, negatively impacting her attentiveness and overall customer service. My wife was served coffee that was barely warm and tasted stale. Obtaining refills proved to be an excessive wait, as a coffee pot was not left at our table. When our food eventually arrived, the quality was noticeably below the standard we have come to expect from this location, and regrettably, neither of our dishes was prepared according to our specific requests. Following the delivery of our food, there was no follow-up from our server to inquire about our satisfaction. The check was simply placed on our table without a word, and we were not offered dessert or asked if we required carry-out containers. It was an additional wait of at least fifteen minutes after receiving the check before we had to actively seek out someone to request containers. While I am typically a generous tipper, the distinct lack of service provided during this visit left me feeling undervalued as a repeat customer. Given that the basic duties of the server were barely met, I did not feel that additional gratuity was warranted. Despite this significantly negative experience, we sincerely hope that this was an isolated incident. We genuinely look forward to our next visit and hope to once again receive the welcoming atmosphere, exceptional service, and quality of food that we have come to know and appreciate at this...
Read moreIt has been a long time since I have been to a Dennys. Most of them have been shut down in my local area, so I was happy to see one that was opened when traveling through the Denver, Colorado area. This is kind of a mixed review and this is why:
The Ambiance- Upon entering this restaurant one thing really stuck out above all else. The volume of the music was quite loud IMHO. I really enjoy going to a restaurant and being able easily communicate with those who are with me. The volume on the music made it extremely difficult to hear others I was dining with. It was exacerbated by the fact that I do have some hearing loss. Other than this, the restaurant was reasonably clean and week taken care of.
The Service- We were greeted very quickly as we entered the establishment. Connie was our server. She listened attentively to our ordered, offered suggestions and took care of us perfectly!
The Food- The food came out at an appropriate temperature, and the plates were set up in an appealing way. The edges were even cleaned, which is something I don't often see at a lower echelon restaurant, so kudos. What i was REALLY impressed with was the Artesan bread. Connie told us that they did not have sour dough, but they had Artesan bread, and she was absolutely right! Candidly though, I could not tell you the difference between sour dough bread and the Artesan bread offered at this location. It was delicious though.
Overall, we were content with our decision to eat at this Denny's location, and if I'm the area again would...
