In my last visit in mid-December, the customer service was awful. My order wasn’t ready at the time it was supposed to be. Not only that, it hadn’t even been started. That was fine, it was lunch rush, and I understand it gets busy, so the delay was fine overall, but this is where I had an issue—the woman at the register acknowledged me, even in between phone and in person orders, but the man finishing orders near expo was rude, never spoke, even after he saw me walk in, looked through me like I was glass several times, and never acknowledged me or my order in any way. It was so awkward, another customer behind me and I both looked at each other wondering what his issue was. When my order was ready, he came out placed it on the to-go shelf and said nothing, didn’t even say a name for the order—knowing it was my order because the lady working the register had previously asked my name more than once and went to locate my order slip because she noticed I had been waiting a while. He knew it was my food when he bagged it up, stapled the order form to it and brought it out, but chose to look through me again and set it on the shelf and walk off. The lady working the register actually came out from behind the register to hand me my order off the shelf, say my name and apologized for her rude colleague. It was very awkward and off-putting. I won’t come to this...
Read moreDistinctly advised cashier lady to please inform the prep staff about my food allergies (which she did not seem to truly understand, but most do not if they have never dealt with such issues), then quietly watched the sandwich maker do ok(ish) until he cut right through the gluten free turkey sandwich with a bread knife which had been used on multiple sandwiches. Only after I asked did he get out the allergy kit to then do better prep on a new sandwich (which was quite nice), but it was really disturbing that the allergy kit (cutting board and separate knives) were not originally used to begin with. He did pretty good then, until he laid down the wrapped sandwich on a gluten surface then onto my clean plate. It would have been way better if he had just wrapped the gfree sandwich on the allergy kit then immediately put it on the clean plate. At least the sandwich itself seemed uncontaminated, so my fiance was nice enough to open up the sandwich wrappings so I could then retrieve it from within, but it does not really seem like they really know what to do about an allergy order (even though they obviously have the proper tools and probably could with the right training). Anyway, 3 stars because I could not trust them the first time but could still eat after a full remake (plus safe...
Read moreCustomer service is the worst. For the white man with mustache at front desk: STOP ignoring delivery and catering drivers. I have seen this attitude few times when picking up my lunch so I decided to write this review to see if this behavior can change. Any time any deliver driver (Hispanic most of the time) arrive, this guy ignores them and he goes to the back “acting” like he did not see them and he continues doing his stuff in the back and leaving them unattended and waiting until someone with red shirt ask if they need something . But.. Holly Molly! The worst attitude this guy showed was when he came to the front when a white gal arrived so he came and greeted him right away without any problem and still IGNORING the delivery driver. So sad this business behave like this. I support all type of business for their food and for the service that provide to customers but seeing this attitude pushed me to write this review and letting you know you are losing a customer. No ones has the right to do this, people deserve respect no matter who they are, what they do or where they come from.. just be professional and provide good...
