Kelly's Cajun Grill — Restaurant in Lakewood

I must have caught them on a bad day because the food was terrible. I wouldn't even feed it to a stray dog. I threw it in the trash and didn't even eat half of it, my son either. The wontons were terrible, i didn't even finish the first one I pulled out of the bag. They are good portions I would agree but the food is terrible. Another complaint I have is the girl behind the counter didn't engage with us, as a matter of fact she acted like we were putting her out. The girl behind the counter also couldn't stay off her phone, she had it propped on the a metal post and continued talking to her friend while waiting on us. The guy in the back was very rude too, this place leaves a lot to be desired. I will not recommend this place to friends and family nor will I be back...

The worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life at a food court. Yes they give "ok" serving of the food but I wouldn't say generous. The young man "Miguel" who claims to be the manager there is the worst most unprofessional "manager" I have ever come across. I don't see how someone with this very poor despicable attitude gets this sort of position. These kind of small fast food business wouldn't be in business without customers. I give my feed back anywhere I go to help with great reviews and to also help customers like myself to be aware of the kind of business there walking into. I will never eat here "again" until under "new management" because the way they run it now is just poor all the way around and not such a great staff, Needs very high...

Miguel is a young kid who is very rude in his explination how they do not have to post on their menu that refills are $0.50. I kindly asked to show me where it is written and I will pay but instead told me that I should know better that they don't have to post hidden costs on the menu (WHAT?!). The food is sub par anyway as they don't take out any of the fat from their chicken. It is bad business to charge employees of the mall and every day customers additional charges for refills when there are no postings anywhere on their menus, registers, or fountain dispensers. I would encourage others to avoid trips to the bathroom by not eating at this location. Panda Express is better anyway. They're right next door. The worst part is he gave me a bogus "managers"...
