I ordered an entrée of beef with broccoli and a side dish of chou mein, with two spring rôlls, and a large Diệt Coke. This was a delivery order.

I was hungry and eager for something a little different from the usual. What à HUGE disappointment!!!

What I ended úp getting was just a SMALL take-out dish filled oily chou mein, some brocoli mixed in, and about three small pieces of beef on top. Số instead of getting ăn entrée AND a side dish, like I ordered, all I got was basically one side dish with some broccoli and barely any beef thrown on top.

The spring rolls were OKAY, nothing to write home about, and I would say thật the best part of my meal was the Diet Coke, which I am still sipping right now.

For this measely "meal", -- if you can call it a meal -- I paid 20 dollars, not worth it at all.

I tried calling to speak with a manager about this Terrible dining expérience, and all I got was a recording, saying that they were nốt receiving cells at this time.

Terrible food! Terrible service, except for the delivery driver who was very sweet. The driver should get my entire 20 dollars because he was thế only thing good about thế expérience, the only one doing his job properly.

As I said, the best part of the meal was my Diệt Coke. As far as I am concerned, the rest can go in the trash.

I will bé sûre and let all my friends know not to order food from this company. Clearly, they do not care about...

If I could put 0 for service, I would!!! Sam and Noah were too busy talking to each other about an online order to even say "Hi, we'll be right with you" or smile at least to acknowledge the customers waiting in line. If I remember the name correctly, Bailey (other staff, not really 100% sure about her name) was busy helping the customer in front of me with multiple orders, and these two didn’t care to help out until about few minutes later. When Sam was finally making my food order, she seemed to be in a hurry & sounded so rude and Bailey was still helping the customer in front of me, Sam decided to just leave my food on the counter to let Bailey finish MY order. This took another 5 minutes of waiting. Then, when Bailey was about to put the beef and broccoli on my plate, I had to wait even longer because apparently, the beef and broccoli "wasn't enough," so she asked the kitchen staff to make more. Then, Noah came over and told Bailey, "Put the beef and broccoli, it's enough for one serving." I ended up with most of the meat but very little broccoli, because, as Bailey had mentioned, "there's not much left," but Noah had a different opinion. My food ended up being cold due to the waiting time, and for the price I paid, I received 6 pieces of honey walnut shrimp and beef and broccoli with almost no broccoli. NOAH AND SAM,...

Went to get 2 plate Entrées. I was told by a gentleman it will be seven minutes for chow mein which I was fine with but then I watched tons of customers come in and watch the chow mein came up and still didn’t get my food after about 15 minutes of waiting I asked the girl how much longer it would be and she said they were making it right then finally after waiting 35 minutes I was told I was waiting for chow mein shrimp and fried rice when they had those items when I ordered my food I didn’t want to have cold food since they just had it sitting in a box..so I asked to speak to the manager to get a refund!! Then had another gentleman come up and tell me he wasn’t going to give me a refund because I didn’t have my receipt, when the girl that ring me up never gave me the receipt then when I told him that he would be giving me a refund, he then told me he wasn’t going to give me a refund for the soda but I told him why would I want soda that I didn’t even drink!!! I have no food to go with it,not once did they apologize they also had about 10 people in their lobby waiting for food when they didn’t even have the food to give them. Will never be going back! Horrible...

I recommend going here in person instead of ordering online having it delivered. DO NOT RECOMMEND DELIVERY. The reason is because I ordered online and only received half the order. When I called to ask if they still have the other half there, or if the driver stole it, the automated machine said there is nobody available to answer the call, and it hangs up. So I had to called the panda help desk and they said that they would just issue a refund for all the items that did not get delivered. Yes, you heard that right, not a refund for the whole order, just a refund for the items that did not arrive. I said I'm trying to feed my family dinner, what about the other half of the items? Can't you just have the store remake them and resend them?. She said nope I can't do that I can just give you a refund for the ones you didn't receive. In person, we don't have issues at this store, ordering online we've had issues almost every time.

Since one of the dishes I ordered was not available (empty tray), I had to wait for over 15 minutes just for that dish. The rest of my food (noodle and two dishes) were getting cold. Poor management. Lunch time is not the best time to work on your scheduling issues. Making sure you have increased sales, and that is your priority. Lunch time, please make sure your trays are full and ready for your customers.
