Sweet Designs Chocolatier — Restaurant in Lakewood

This is my sweet success story after visiting Sweet Designs and finally meeting John Rehner's incredibly sweet partner in life ~ Inez Rehner, Master Chocolatier. Both are talented and beyond patient to be of help and, to satisfy the needs of their clients. Inez was welcoming and a pleasure to meet, one evening we'd been to the wonderful gallery next door (friend husband;) incredibly talented award winning photographer and master of framing. She greeted us as though it was mid afternoon; not closing time for them. She listened to what I was looking for, took the details and told me she would be able to make what I wanted in time for the Easter Holiday. She shared conversation and didn't seem the least bit hurried at such a late hour. Visit this Sweet Design shop and see for yourself ~ not only beyond delicious chocolate but, you will see that you are more than a sales receipt to this shop....you are truly a welcome...

I ordered for my Husband and our 9 year old GGB triplets for Valentines Day/Our Anniversary this year and what a delightfully sweet surprise! Sweet Designs Chocolatier NEVER disappoints! I ordered the special occasion assortment, chocolate covered gummy bears, sour gummy hearts, milk chocolate foil wrapped hearts, assorted chocolate foil wrapped hearts, love is in the air pops, sweetheart pops, chocolate coins, chocolate covered cherries and chocolate covered blueberries. The prices were certainly reasonable considering this is a small business, the packaging was beautiful, the shipping was fast, and the taste and quality is beyond AHHHMAZING

As always for the past 10 years at least, the experience was a blessing of professionalism balanced with quality and amicableness.

My purchase, this time, was the Lasting Impressions Assortment.

The supreme quality of the assorted chocolates was mirrored by the quality of the gift wrapping - the box was sturdy and glossy and colored for the holiday season. The bow was perfect.

Protectedly centered in the lid was an excellently developed print of the the snapshot sent to the chocolatier via the internet. WHAT A SPECIAL GIFT !!!!

The customer service over the phone or at the curb was polished and polite and cordial.
