I appreciate the effort of bringing a bagel shop to Lakewood and believe me I was so excited that a bagel shop that specializes in bagels was going to be close to home but unfortunately I had some bagel issues. I bought an everything bagel toasted and what I got was an everything bagel toasted hockey puck. I recently learned that the bagels are not made in house and I knew right away that this was the problem. I lived in New York City for 37 years I have bagels coming out of my ears so I know what's a good bagel taste like. If these bagels were made in house it would be a whole different story. Lastly I came in to buy a bagel with cream cheese and the staff in the kitchen is talking about things they did yesterday and the ladies holding on to the cheese in one hand talking away with her friend and finally after 22 seconds of getting to her point in the conversation she smacks the cheese on the bagel.
