The only reason there is a 1 on here is because there seems no way to post a 0. I'm contacting corporate after one of the employees made an inappropriate comment making fun of people with mental disabilities. My fiance and I were at the drive thru on a Friday night which we expected to be packed for obvious reasons. The lady in the SUV in front of us was driving erratically and we were concerned that maybe something was wrong. When we asked the cashier if the driver was okay she said "I don't know....she is special" in a condescending tone. We were taken aback because this wasnt a scenario where the verbiage she used could be misconstrued any other way than what I'm typing on this review. When this lady made her order in front of us she took 15 minutes to do so which backed up the line. After all this, we asked how much longer our food would be. We had only ordered two breakfast sandwiches, two double cheeseburgers, and a hashbrown and we thought with the extended wait it would be ready. After we asked about the wait time for our order, the same enployee taking the drive thru orders spoke to my fiance extremely rudely and said "it will be out soon we are waiting on your eggs". She made it seem as if eggs used in breakfast sandwiches were am inconvenience to her. I get that she might have had a bad day, but if she can't bounce from customer to customer in a drive thru and shake off whatever frustrated her, maybe she shouldn't be working for McDonalds let alone any fast food restaurant. To top it all off the young gentleman that was the manager there handed my fiance our bag of food and said,"I'm sorry for the wait. All your food is in there." We got home to find that we were missing two sandwiches that we were charged for. The whole situation calls for corporate to intervene because my fiance works with children that have special needs and for an employee to make a comment about someone who has a mental disability is wrong for so...
Read moreIt McDonald's you know what you want most of the time. All your usually looking for is a great smile and in the driveway and back out. It was fine just glad I had cash on me the credit card machine was down. THE LINE was short but you know they're always one in the line that wants to put extra on it. Well Today October 01,2018 my son and I stop in at this McDonalds which left my in the wow factor I made my order then I pay got to the second window the first young lady was very nice and assisted with the order well. Than she went to the back an another employee started to help me I wanted to remind her about how I needed the drink to be for my autistic son. She replied to me with the comment "WHAT" I don't know who train her or how she was taught in her home to speak but for me that's beyond rule to ever say what to me in my world. I pay my dues in retail and if she was working for me her check would have said what because she would have been sent HOME THAT'S WHAT!!! The food was disgusting like someone found themselves to be funny putting extra extra mustard on the cheeseburgers . That's ok you should not find playing with people food funny . And people wonder why companies are replacing them with...
Read moreNo, I do know that I am reviewing McDonald’s. However, there is a certain level of expectation when it comes to spending the amount of money they charge. This is the third time in a row that I’ve been to this McDonald’s, and the food quality is absolute trash. I ordered a simple double cheeseburger and normally when you order it special like no mustard or something like that it tends to be a little more fresh. This was definitely not. The patty was so dry and hard it had to have been sitting out for I don’t know how long , it was put together like a two year old did it and these people want $20 an hour or more laughable. I don’t say that lightly because again it is a McDonald’s. I do blame the owners because ultimately they’re responsible but the employees are the ones putting the product out and it’s obvious they don’t care cause they’re gonna make the same amount of money, no matter what this is the last time I will visit this...
