Pleasant Run Rd Lancaster Tx 75146 Store # 5195 (TODAY MARCH 30, 2025 At 3:26 I pulled to the drive thru window to place my order, when the employee opened the window I gave him my credit card as my payment method, I waited approximately 2 minutes before he came back to the window he then proceeded to give me my food first , then he gave me my credit card wrapped up in the receipt, BUT ME BEING ME I UNWRAPPED AND PROCEEDED TO PUT CREDIT BACK IN MY WALLET ONLY TO FIND OUT THAT IT WAS NOT MY CREDIT CARS IT WAS A WHITE CARD ALMOST LIKE WHAT THEY GIVE U WHEN YOU GO TO THE CASINO 🤦🏽♀️ , I THEN BLEW THE HORN THE EMPLOYEE JUST IMMEDIATELY OPENED THE WINDOW AND HANDED ME MY CARD🤷🏽♀️ BE CAREFUL! Something in my soul did not sit right so I went back and ask to speak to a manager and told him what happened and advised him I was going to call corporate on Monday, he said we don’t have a corporate so u might as well tell me! These companies are out here stealing I wonder how many people have been done like this the average person would probably just throw the receipt back in their purse thinking that it’s their card not knowing they have been got!!! Hopefully this STORY WILL HELP STOP THIS!!! Please share don’t be the next victim!!! The service has never been great, they are always slow and the employees are rude…but I’m not the type to complain so I let it slide. However when it comes to my kid I won’t bite my tongue period! About a week ago we were getting food and My 16 year old saw a few girls her age working there so she inquired about a job. The lady told her they needed help really bad and to come back next week and asked to speak to Julie whom I assume is the manager. I took her up there today to speak to Julie and as soon as my daughter walked in she frowned up at her with disgust! Then proceeded to walk off and say “I guess she is looking for a job”. Then another guy named Bill walks up and tells her unfortunately we are about to go on vacation and I don’t know who told you that.. then he walks off as well. That has to be the most unprofessional mess I have ever seen in an establishment, she is a child! and this could’ve been handled better. Read moreI am writing to express my disappointment with my recent visit to this Sonic location, which was the most unprofessional and dirty establishment I have encountered in my 35 years. Last night, at 10:28pm, I placed an order for my son and myself, but upon arrival, I was informed by an employee that I could only order through the drive-through. The employee displayed a rude attitude and unprofessional demeanor. When I attempted to order through the drive-through, the microphone appeared to be malfunctioning, as the employee could not hear me despite my speaking loudly. After waiting, I received my food, only to find that the bag was soaked in grease and the fries were stuck together, appearing to be old. Despite my initial hesitation, my son was hungry, so we proceeded to eat. However, shortly after consuming the food, I experienced stomach cramps, which I initially ignored. Unfortunately, my son woke up at 5:00am, vomiting and experiencing gastrointestinal distress. It became clear that the food we received was spoiled.
