My family and I decided to have CiCi's for dinner after having a great bowling game. Everything was well until a heavy guy that was sitting across us splashed hot soup towards us, my husband noticed it, but I explained to him it could have been an accident and decided to keep enjoying our pizza. I noticed the heavy guy doing it again but this time he didn't do it fast enough and didn't get directly to our table it landed in between us on the floor (keep in mind I was wearing sandals) where people walk by. I then was thinking he might be sick and went by my business. He kept on doing it and this time he was splashing a family that was sitting right in front of him, I noticed the family was Spanish speakers and didn't say anything, this happen at the tables on the far end by the arcade games, I noticed a family sitting next to the buffet line noticing what was happening. My parents thought me to stand up for MYSELF and OTHERS if something is wrong which will be the right thing to do. I walked to the front counter and spoke to the manager and explained the situation and asked if there is anything he could do or simply ask him nicely to leave. His response was "He paid for his meal I can NOT ask him to leave" after hearing that I tried to maintain my temper and asked if he did not try resolving the issue by not doing anything about it I would want a refund. Manager noticed me getting very upset and I explained to him there is even other people noticing this and staring at all of us. I noticed the heavy guy might be a regular because manager knew who i was speaking about and talked to him as if he knew him. I am very upset at the fact that he said he paid for his meal and wasn't able to do anything, does that mean that MY MONEY IS NOT GREEN as his? I paid for my family's meal just as the guy paid for himself! My food was not given for FREE. Would it have been okay for me to walk to the buffet line and serving myself soup and splashing it to him (manager) on the other side of the...
Read moreTo Whom It May Concern, I am writing to express my sincere appreciation for the exceptional service provided by the manager and staff at CiCi's Pizza, located on Pleasant Run Road in Lancaster, Texas, on Saturday, January 11th. I recently hosted a party for my 17-year-old grandson at this location, and we were treated with outstanding courtesy and respect. Upon arrival, I spoke with the manager, who confirmed that he had spoken with me a week prior regarding the arrangements. We arrived an hour early to set up, and the staff accommodated our needs without hesitation. The service was truly exceptional, and the manager ensured that our group of 14 guests was well taken care of. A particular highlight of the evening was when the manager arranged for the entire restaurant to sing 'Happy Birthday' to my grandson, a gesture that nearly brought me to tears, as I had not been able to spend time with him in two years. I would like to extend my sincerest gratitude to the manager and staff at CiCi's Pizza for their outstanding service and hospitality. It is clear that you employ exceptional staff, and I appreciate their hard work and dedication. Thank...
Read moreAlways a good experience at my local cicis. I used to be a regular like once a week before COVID. Their pizza is always fresh and the fountain drinks taste good, although they are out of other flavors. I don’t go as often now, but the pizza is still good and employees are friendly. Props especially to management, they have no hesitation when I ask for anything. It’s different dining in at a buffet during Covid, but they do it well and it’s pretty much moved to personal pizzas to keep it fresh. I personally like the crust on their personal pizzas. Love their app and the free buffets they give you.
Overall, stop by this Cicis in Lancaster for a fresh buffet. Thanks guys/gals for the cheap, filling meal! I’d tip if y’all...
