I typically have an amazing experience at Dutch Bros all around, but today I had the complete opposite. I arrived in good time and chose the shorter line in the drive-through compared to another with two other cars. I told the lady taking orders to take those other orders first since they had arrived before me (I noticed that employees at this location have respected this fair process before, so I was trying to help her out).
This lady (bright neon yellow hair and super cute nails) took those two carsā orders in the other lane, plus three more cars that had then lined up behind me & the others. My order was never taken. I could only let so many cars in the other lane merge to the single-file lane before I felt bad for the cars behind me who had orders already taken; I didnāt want them to become frustrated at me not moving. I proceeded to move up. Then, when 2 cars behind the window, I caught the lady with highlighter hair and said āMaāam Iām so sorry but my order was never taken.ā
She was visibly stressed and I received no apology. It made me feel like it was my fault⦠after taking my order, she went inside to communicate a word with the staff, then came back outside to proceed taking orders for a now-filled drive thru.
I ended up sitting at the window for 15+ minutes waiting for my single drink to be made and watched 5 vehicles have their drinks walked out to be served behind me, allowing them to leave the line around me. This would make sense if these cars had arrived before me, but some arrived after me by 5-10 minutes plus. I again felt like it was MY fault for not having my order taken.
I asked a lady at the window (electric blue hair this time), āexcuse meā twice before she finally looked at me to potentially provide an update on my order. I asked if I had an order being made still and she said yes. I said āIām sorry it was turned in lateāā she cut me off and said āOk.ā I proceeded: āThe lady forgot to take my order back there; she got all the other cars around me.ā And the girl withe electric blue hair said āOkā again.
When I was handed my drink after waiting so long, she LAUGHED at me as I was pulling away. She knew I was frustrated and anxious sitting thereāwhich, of course, because knowing that locationās way of running things, Iād typically never be waiting for so long.
As a customer I felt very disrespected and even I donāt believe in getting impatient. This staff was rude, no apologies, and I felt like THEIR mistake was MY fault. They poorly represented the other employees that are so friendly at that location whom Iāve...

The girl who took my order (red hair, short, super sweet) was the sweetest person ever! She helped me find a drink even though this was in fact my first time there, she sat with me and helped me through the flavors, toppings, what these flavors can go into, she was AMAZING, then the girl at the window (tall, black hair, i wanna say she was wearing a bunch of necklaces) she was working fast and hard, addressing me the moment i got to the window, complimenting the drink i got which made me feel just 100 times more confident in what i got, and even taking time to listen to my day, she was so sweet, such a fast worker, and overall an amazing worker and person! Just before i left i saw a young man walk inside and he greeted me at the window but again i had to leave so i only had a short interaction with him, funny enough i saw him a couple days later with the tall girl and he is just as amazing, helping me find a new drink because i wanted to try something new and even making the drink himself and said if it didnāt like it he would gladly remake any drink of my choice! i canāt remember what it is that he made me but it was a mocha of some sort. a billion out of ten amazing workers, amazing environment, even...

My past few visits have been in the afternoon and that crew is in need of some help, they are rude and treat you like itās your fault their day is not going well. They are also slow putting orders out. I went yesterday which was a merch drop so was expecting long lines, long waits, and even maybe a little attitude because we know how merch drop days can be, but the attitudes were on a different level from the woman taking orders and one of the women (long black hair in braids) making orders. When I got to the window the woman at the window was extremely nice. The one making drinks was extremely rude to her. The one at the window was greeting me and handing me a drink, the one making drinks kept asking her to do things in a very rude way while she was talking to me. When the one making drinks was done with my last drink she was standing next to the window she looks at me sets my drink down and turns to look for the woman she was bossing around and tells her to pass the drink out, while she was already doing something.
