I don’t usually leave reviews, but this experience was so wildly unprofessional I’m actually impressed — not by the service, but by the sheer audacity.
During my visit, the middle aged white woman at the drive thru, had an attitude from get go and bit at me. I initially brushed off her attitude — maybe she was having a bad day. But when I returned to order something else, I overheard her loudly mocking me to another employee. She insulted my intelligence, mocked my voice, and even made a point to say it all loud enough that the lobby could hear. While she had no clue I was standing there
Let’s be clear: it takes a special kind of miserable to act like that toward a paying customer for simply existing. If you’re still working a fast food counter at your big age and choose to weaponize that bitterness against customers, it might be time to reevaluate some life choices.

Read moreI would not go here! The employees are unprofessional, and have bad customer service. Two of there employees did not even wear gloves when handling my food. And I saw one of them open my burger I ordered. With her bare hands, and stick it back in the bag before handing it to me. After I saw her touch her face multiple times. I didn’t even wanna eat it after seeing all this. This is upsetting to think you will go here, and get food, and pay for it just to throw it out. Because you see employees breaking heath department policy, and not taking their Job serious enough. And then touch their faces, and other areas of the environment, and them selfs.
