Tonight at 11:50pm I ordered a $30+ meal, came through in a Silver Chevy Traverse. I hope someone higher up can watch cameras. Part of my food was made incorrectly and the other part was missing. I waited quite a long time to come back around a second time since there was a line and the lobby was locked. The lady refused to remake my item unless I gave her back the food. I showed the manager on shift that it was made incorrectly and politely told her that with my long wait and missing/incorrect items that I would be keeping the extra whopper they made incorrectly and giving it to my kids for the inconvenience. She said no, told me to leave or she would call the cops. I never got my receipt back and she never told me her name because she wouldn’t come back to the window after I said I wouldn’t be leaving without a resolution. She then proceeded to tell people behind me that they need to leave because she’s calling the cops on me. So instead of dealing with the cops at midnight while I had kids at home, over a damn burger, I decided to write this review and take a complaint up as far as I can tomorrow. On a side note: I literally never even raised my voice or said a single curse word. I was already at a level of pure exhaustion and just wanted my food made correctly. I’m really just baffled by her level of escalation and refusing to resolve a simple conflict. Is it even legal for a fast food place to...
Read morePulled into the drive-thru, and I got the routine spoken sequence, followed with a "We'll be right with you," message (granted I was the only person in the drive-thru and there may have been one guy who walked in to the eatery.) Waited a bit, but when I made my order, it went downhill from there 😅. I told the lady I had a coupon for the Crossanwich meal (2 sandwiches, hash brown bits, and a coffee). She asked if I wanted them both sausage. I asked if I could do one sausage and one bacon. I think I made her mad, because after that, she started getting smart (asked if I wanted the coffee, and I said sure (not thinking about it). I think she gave me a total, but she never told me which window to pull up to, so I pulled up to the first window and waited a couple of minutes before I pulled up to the 2nd window (mind you, she could have opened the second window and waved at me to pull up.) Paid for my food and drove home. While on the way home, I was feeling peckish. I ate the "hockey puck" hash browns, the dry eggs from my sandwiches, and the overcooked sausage and the undercooked bacon. I'll wait for the other BK's to open at 7 than go to this...
Read moreThe review encompasses several visits to this BK. On the positive side this restaurant is usually clean, bathrooms are clean, parking lot didn't have litter, etc. Food is usually delivered quickly. Staff at times are nice and are friendly. On the down side, in my experience, the drive thru is usually a mess. Sometimes the p.a. doesn't work great, sometimes other customers are confused abt how to access the right line cuz when people enter from the north drive way have to do a button hook turn to get in line. Now and again, as was true on my last visit, staff were impatient and were yelling at each other and there seemed to be an issue with money in the till (maybe a short count or something). As a customer I don't want to know these things. I would think a business would want to be desecrete abt such things. Overall, it's fast food. No frills. Not fancy. Just a BK near the highway. If they wanted to improve things I feel emphasizing hospitality, improving teamwork and moving business issues to the manager office...
