You know, I did the one thing I never do. What you ask? I ALWAYS read the reviews before going anywhere. I feel really stupid but I feel compelled to get this on here. It was fairly busy. And there were plenty of employees. Although more then half of them were just kind of milling about. The woman in front of me ordered two dozen donuts and the girl gave her an exacerbated look as if to say " REALLY!!?? ". Now your sign does says Dunkin DONUTS right? Anyway, so she pushes that order to someone. I don't know if that's common or not. So, I'm next we wanted three donuts. We already knew what kind. And each had a coffee we love from Dunkin donuts in every state we visit. But before I could even speak the girl turned and walked away. At first I was surprised, but soon realized that I would be standing there for awhile. We looked at each trying to decide if we should just go to breakfast somewhere instead. The one person working finished getting the donuts for the other lady. Handing them to her she asked for a receipt. Now we've learned in our travels. ALWAYS get a receipt. Otherwise they could charge you anything and often times do. So three other employees are struggling to figure this out. We just watched in amazement. Finally the girl who got the order asked if it had paper. Isn't that like saying is it plugged in?! So, the lady gave up and asked how much was it. They told her and I thought Wow do we really want to let them have our CC information? Finally the girl asked us our order. It took about 15 minutes to get it. That doesn't sound like a lot but there were people waiting behind us. The donuts were good (they always are) the coffee was perfect (always is). But the service here is both inept and rude. To the point we won't ever come back. This small city has two other stores. Hopefully tomorrow one of those will be better. Fix your staff. Train them to handle equipment and customer. Otherwise these reviews will keep coming and...
Read moreMy family and I were craving something sweet Friday night as we were cruising discussing what we wanted to snack on, I suggested Dunkin Donut, so we went to the one on N Main, as we we’re ordering thru the intercom thru the drive thru the lady taking the order didn’t seem very nice or friendly, as we pulled up to get our half dozen donuts we paid her cash and as we were driving off I couldn’t wait so I got my chocolate donut from the box it felt hard but I tried to take a bite and it was hard as a rock and felt like it was days old, so I looked at the rest of the donuts and the frosting on the sprinkled chocolate donuts was a disaster. Looked like the were days old, looked liked they were dropped on the floor and only half the frosting stayed on the donut, and on top of it all they were all hard! I tell my husband to drive back as we were not to far away, I get off and go inside, politely tell the young lady about the donuts and again she’s unfriendly, doesn’t apologize, and tells me that’s all they had!!!! She could’ve been honest about the donuts I understand we were there right before they close donuts aren’t so fresh , but these things were hard as a rock and ugly, she finally gave me a refund as I gave her back them ugly donuts, and she was not apologetic nor trying to make it better…I was extremely upset, because what if I would’ve waited to drive all the way home and then eat my donuts and find them to be non edible and on top of that they are expensive! Not Cool Staff of Dunkin’ Donuts, if u don’t like your job please look for something else, your not doing anything good for the company you work for besides loosing customers, as we are...
Read moreI understand in a smaller city and construction going on around that there are not many customers coming into this location and you have to find ways to stay "busy." All the power to you for that.... but if the music (no issue with the type of music or the volume when the time is right) is to loud and you can't hear someone standing at the register saying they want to order a drink for 10 minutes, maybe you should turn down the techno/elevator ish music a bit and pay attention. The young lady in glasses working today (Saturday Nov 23 at 3:45- 4 p.m.) helped my sister and her kids and I waited for her to finish. My sister got her drinks and that was it. The donuts were kinda hard. Never once did she or the blondish male come to assist me. Both were walking back and forth and I was saying I wanted to order a drink... not once did they come over. My nephews spilled their drink and do you think they offered a rag or anything to help clean.... NO! they were never seen again until we were leaving because they heard the bell when someone walked in. I was still cleaning the table and the floor with their napkins .... not a word 😕 my sister said this is the worst service she...
