I had to go to this location when I couldn't use a debit card at the n main location. I called them ahead and asked if they were accepting debit cards. He said yes. What he "forgot" to tell me was they were out of cold cuts, any kind of chicken, tuna, steak and avocado and meatballs. He saved thus surprise for after I drove all the way down there. I ordered a black forest ham sandwich footlong and a Cali club footlong as well. It wasn't until he started this sandwich, that he told me he didn't have any avocado. I was watching them make the slopiest sandwiches I've ever seen and still had to pay $32 for my order. WHY? you ask. Read moreWhile the restaurant is clean, the staff is so unfriendly and unhelpful, I will never go back. This is one of the worst Subway experiences I have ever had. Every girl behind the counter gave us a nasty look when we walked in. Not a single one of them said 'Hello, how can I help you' or 'Welcome to Subway' They immediately just asked what we wanted, were rude to my kids because they didn't know exactly what they wanted and the young lady taking my money was unfriendly, almost hostile and did not say "Thank you" or Have a nice day. They acted like it was an inconvenience to wait on us and I will not spend my money there to help fund their paychecks any longer. They forget that we make their paychecks. Read moreThis was an awful experience. The employee was rudely commenting about other orders placed. Once I informed the employee I was picking up 2 orders and told him the names he would finish 1 and put the other aside to help 2 other new customers. I told him the names on the orders he said he had the 1. Which I grabbed and waited for the 2nd to be made. Not once did I complain, give looks, nor tap. I ain't start feeling some type of way until his remarks. And then him accusing me of trying to steal the orders and wanted me to produce proof of both orders. After I said the names and waited for them for 10-15 min. Then they were made wrong when I got back. ..And Then top it all off none of the subways have a manager to contact for a refund, replacement, nothing. So now I gotta go figure it out and find...
