This is the only horrible experience I've had with a Chick-Fil-A and I nor my friends and family will visit here again. When we were told to park and wait for our order we waited 15 mins and our food was never delivered to us. I went to find out the problem and was asked if I'd called in my order I said no my order was in before the other car parked near us who had received there order. I gave our name again and finally they said oh here it is it had been sitting there since just after we parked as we saw it put there from our car. I was angry about this as our food was now cold. The worker said do you want me to get fresh food which I said no to as my grandbaby was with us and needed to get home for her bottle. I told the worker it was unacceptable and they need better fning service at which she laughed. I would expect far better service from a chain I tend to eat at often. After this experience this one will never get back my service. To top it off I was told they've got no phone number so I couldn't even speak with a manager who possibly could've improved the situation. Sad disappointing trip to a fav eating spot.... Read moreI have reached out to this location for well over 2 1/2 months, trying to get some information regarding their donations to their community. Not only have I talked to every director and manager in this location on multiple different occasions everyone states that they will reach back out to me. Give them an hour a few days no one ever reaches out. It’s been months. The cause that this is going towards is for surgery that is for heart disease. I have sent emails to the owner of this location bill, To his personal email to the work email, I have called in and make sure that it’s been received and no one gets back to me. I don’t understand how Chick-fil-A can claim. They have a cares department that cares about the community when you don’t reach back out when it’s regarding a way to help a troubled family in need that consistently goes to this location. I reached out because your online team said that you guys donate to the community when they are in need. I’ve got nothing but the runaround and empty unanswered promises. I think this is pretty disappointing to know that Chick-fil-A in general offers this service but this location refuses to acknowledge you respond to a letter in the mail and email nor phone call for this long...
Read moreWent drive thru waited for my order for almost 30 mins including the order time.... 5 cars went ahead of me already before this kid could take care of my order....waited patienty...I understand it's almost closing time... and I end up being the last car ....and right when I drove to get my food order..the guy looked at me and ask me if I order something and I said yes...and i gave my name...and they just look at each other... and I heard someone yelling oh we give the wrong order to the other car....bummer!!! And the worst part they just acted like it's ok we will just gonna refund ur card. No sorry ....nothing!!!...that's not the answer that I wanted to hear after waiting in line for almost 30 mins....my gas...my time... unbelievable....not to mention that my daughter in the car is already craving and hungry....worst part...the kid said we cannot make ur food anymore the kitchen is down... unreal!!! Worst customer service ever!!! Oh btw he claimed.he didn't see my order in the screen...but handed me the drinks for my combo with my name on it... but no food.... great!!! Adding insult...
