An hour after ordering, I still hadn't received my food. I called the store to see what's up, and a nice young lady named Natalie answered the phone. She said the driver was still out, but he should arrive any minute. She said to call back soon if he hadn't arrived. After about 10 minutes, I called back. I spoke with Natalie again, and she said she would see what's going on. Apparently, the delivery was "delivered" in the system, but I had to repeat myself multiple times to make it clear I had not received my order. She apologized and treated me respectfully, but in the background, I could her her manager yelling at her. He was yelling there was nothing he could do until the driver came back. I asked her when the driver would be back, and she repeated the question to him, and again, he was yelling at her, way more aggressively than needed, and she was parroting his answers as best she could while sprinkling in her own "sorries". He was being mean and rude to her, and when I called back again ten minutes later to get an update, he was instantly rude to me when he figured out who was calling. I know delivery mistakes happen, but I believe how this manager treats his customers and employees is inexcusable. It's been almost two hours since my order when through, and the manager, Tony, is insisting he has to wait for the initial driver to come back before he can get my delivery fixed. He was incredibly rude and short to my husband when he took the phone. We order from this store quite frequently, and we've had a delivery mistake before, but the manager at the time was amicable and helpful. Welp today Valentine's day I ordered a heart shaped pizza. Now the lady who apparently didn't want to do her job that answered my call 02/14/20 @8:28pm was rushing and failed to properly get my name after I spelt it out for her. I go to pick up my pizza an since my name was spelt completely wrong no where near the correct spelling it was waiting there for about 10 minutes. Everyone that showed up after me got there orders me spelling my name waiting. I look at the receipt and they never spelled it right my fault for not paying attention to the receipt. But she shouldn't have rushed off the phone and should've made sure she had all info correct. Called me out and basically challenged me as if he was going to do something because they way looked. I made a complaint and asked for some one to go listen to audio and watch video of the incident but whoever got my complaint went and talked to the employee and asked his side of the story which solved nothing but the employee covering his tracks but it’s 2024 nobody should have to experience what I just did today.
