I have gone often before and after they remodeled the place. Now it's so much more spacy with ample seating, the self-order machines are more efficient and you don't have to wait in line. The machines only accept card payments, but you can order here and then choose the option onscreen of paying at the cash register. Someone is usually available to assist you with ordering, or you can always order at the cash register to begin with. The play place is great for the kids, with a special place of seats located nearby (there's an outlet for charging phones here), and there's two drive thrus now to shorten the wait. The bathrooms are kept pristinely clean!! My one biggest problem is the wait. I waited ten minutes for a small caramel frappe, while other people ordered and left with their full meals... Another time, I waited nearly twenty minutes in the drive thru, and once again I waited fifteen minutes for a yogurt parfeit, only to get completely frozen strawberries (no other fruit like it's supposed to). It hurt to chew them :// The hot drinks are extremely hot, and you can hurt yourself, so just be careful and let it cool. I burnt my tongue once with hot chocolate here. My brother got food poisoning from raw bacon in his burger... I can admit it's also partly his fault for continuing to eat it even after he realized it, but a restaurant shouldn't put something out like that in the first place anyway. And I always order burgers without the buns, but they come out a bit sloppy. Other McDonald's have given me very neat ones. It's because this one is so busy that the wait and end products are very "meh" though, because the employees are rushing it all through and trying to get the orders out fast. It can therefore be disorderly. If you come here when it's not busy, I'm sure it's fine. And not nighttime if you plan on ordering anything that they are not typically stocked up on throughout the night. Read more0 this place knows nothing about customer service I don't know who hired them and who trained them but they did a horrible job I had a complaint about my experience through drive-thru 1 a.m. in the morning today I waited for 20 minutes to get my food which is fine they were busy but when I did get to the line they didn't even take my order and they had to take it then which is fine once again I understand they're busy after six minutes later I finally get my food but they don't give me my drink so when I ask for Mike up they finally give me Coke and I drive away slowly as soon as I tried my coat I noticed it was watered down and there was barely any ice left in there so because they were closed I went back through the drive-through Lane and a huge Line to ask for a Coke that was not watered down they told me to just meet them at the second window now to get to the second window it took me 15 minutes extra when I get to the window I ask for a manager and this guy named Jason says he's the manager and then I asked him if he's sure and then he goes yes I am sure and then he goes nevermind I'll get you the manager so he gets me a lady named Maria now when I explain to Maria the whole situation and told her that it was very bad customer service where they could have easily told me okay reverse out and I can bring you out your code so you don't have to stand in line which they didn't do that and what she did was she told me that she was going to come visit me at work which I took that as a threat once again horrible customer service now I see why they are...
Read moreMy first time mobile ordering from this location (I usually mobile order from the one on Jones but this was closest to me) I mobile order breakfast at 10:20 Am and I leave work at 10:23 to go pick it up. I get here at exactly 10:30 and read them my code and the guy at the speaker tells me breakfast is over and they have no supplies left and I tell him I ordered it at 10:20 when it was still breakfast time, they should’ve had my order already ready by the time I got there. He tells me there’s nothing he can do and is going to cancel my order. I go inside and talk to a woman who I assume is the manager and she tells me my order has been canceled and I tell her I ordered it when it was breakfast time so it should’ve been done when I got here. She gives me the worst attitude and starts telling her coworkers to make me what I ordered. She gives me the bag with disgust but I had ordered 2 hash browns and they weren’t in there so I tell her where are my hash browns? She tells me they don’t have any and walks away before I could even say anything. I tell her “well then can you replace it with French fries at least?” She turns back around and asks me “how many hash browns did you order?” And I told her it was 2.
