During the day this McDonald's is usually alright, but I was surprised when I got hustled at the drive through last night. I pulled up and they said they were out of everything except hotn spicy McChickens, nuggets, and fries. I said that's fine and ordered a 6 piece, 2 hot n spicys a large fry and a large cup of water. The lady told me my total was 18 dollars and some change, and then to pull up to the next window. This was after I waited for almost 8 minutes which seemed a little crazy because there was only one other car in the drive through who definitely did not order more than one bag of food.
I thought "dang since when was McDonald's this expensive"
Well I should have double checked my recipt and been more cautious, because I pulled up to the next window, after the lady on the speaker told me, and a dude took my 20 dollar bill and gave me the correct change for the total I was given. And also a recipt.
I pulled up to the second and final window where a younger pretty darker girl told me she liked my truck and my energy a lot. I told her thank you very much and asked for my food. I don't remember exactly what she was saying cause this was last night, but it was something along the lines of, "you got an ice tea, right?" I said no, and restated my order of a couple sandwiches, nuggets, fries, and a large cup of water. She asked if a bottle was fine. I said yeah I guess and she gave me a tiny bottle of water. Then she said that they didn't get an order for what I had asked for. I told her "I swear the lady at the menu took my order and gave me a total for a hellova lot more than an unsweetened ice tea and a large fry" (Wich Is what she was now trying to offer me) and she told me there was no lady on the drive through speaker. She said her and her coworker where the only ladies there. I also never saw her coworker in the back, making food, just the dude taking money at the first window
She asked to see my recipt and I handed it to her. She said I was wrong and handed it back. I looked at it and sure enough there was an unsweetened ice tea and a large fry on it, and yes, this was the same recipt that I was handed at the first window with my dollar and some change after handing the guy $20.
Well she was being reluctant to say anything like she was trying to get me to leave, and I asked if I could have at least what was on the receipt? She handed me the bag of fries and gave me a very incincere feeling apology. I didn't wanna deal with this girl anymore who initially seemed sweet so I just drove off with my fries and the bottle of Dasani water that I payed almost 19 dollars for. She kept the unsweetened ice tea even tho I asked for it.
I'm not an accusatory person, but it definitely seemed like they were doing this same thing to everyone coming through because the ice in that ice tea that was sitting next to the window looked a little melted like it was sitting there awhile. I just don't see any way a McDonald's with 3 or 4 people can screw up this bad at like 12:30 in the morning with two cars in the drive through.
Something fishy was definitely going on. I think they might have been taking advantage of the fact that lots of people just hand in a credit card and never see how much they actually were charged.

McDonald's, I notice, needs to develop a new restaurant concept of having French fries that are deep fried in 100% avocado oil or extra virgin coconut oil with smaller vats (NOT about 3 foot tall vats) for small batch cooking to ensure hot fries in healthy, non-seed oil. Seed oils, (I believe), are manufactured with hexane which is why seed oils cause health problems. Non-hexane manufactured oils will propel McDonald's into a new generation of healthy Americans, because U.S.A. LOVES French fries ๐. My cold fry ๐ experience was a deep-seeded issue stemming from Ray Kroc's revolutionary real estate ventures for ordinary people to invest in extraordinary real estate licenses, AS A CONTRAST OF (as a person can notice by Ray Kroc's physique) Ray Kroc was NOT a health guru. If Ray Kroc was a healthy guru, I'm confident Mr. Kroc would have learned non-hexane manufactured cooking oil (which is what quality oil is) is necessary for the human system as quality oil is necessary for a vehicle. A vehicle can't continue to run without quality oil as well as the human system needs non-hexane manufactured quality oil to keep functioning well. Although, Mr. Ray Kroc was knowledgeable about real estate, Mr. Ray Kroc, (I believe) wasn't knowledgeable enough about food cooking oil to keep hyper-palatable menu items prepped and cooked with clean ingredients. Hence ... My experience with the McDonald's French fries ๐ was a deep seeded issue stemming from Mr. Ray Kroc's incomplete vision and it is our generation's responsibility to revamp the processing practices of McDonald's into processing practices with only clean ingredients. Only clean ingredients will continue McDonald's legacy of food, folks, and fun (as the slogan used to be). Robert F. Kennedy is to be consulted with to complete Mr. Ray Kroc's vision of better American economic futures of ordinary people living the extraordinary life. The fried potatoes need deep-fryers that are smaller vat sizes to cook in, in order to control oil qualities for assurances of hot fries with non-hexane manufactured quality oils. The sauces of McDonald's, (like the secret sauces of the Big Mac), could also be mixed and prepared overnight with non-hexane manufactured quality oils and there can be an overnight baker also for clean ingredient, fresh baking, like how they used to create their fresh, buttermilk biscuits like the commercial used to show. The French Bakery called "O Happy Bread" located in Pahrump, Nevada is to be viewed online and inquired to experience sourdough bread created with simple ingredients HENCE, my issue with the cold French fries ๐(as posted below) can be remedied via multiple, deep-fry smaller vats to keep up with demand and yet control oil usages.

From the moment I approached the order screen to receiving my food, the entire process was unacceptable. After being skipped in the line ๐ญ๐ฐ๐ข๐๐, I decided to pull forward to place my order. The staff member at the window was visibly frustrated and i overheard her saying to her colleague, โShe just pulled up instead of ordering at the window like everyone else,โ in a tone that was both unprofessional and inappropriate. Comments like these should ๐ง๐๐ฏ๐๐ซ be made within earshot of customers! I was also not provided with a receipt, which I was told was unavailable for unclear reasonsโ sidebar: theyโre often unable to or do not provide receipts to customers. In addition, I was charged for a large drink due to an inventory shortage of small cups. This is not a customer issue and should not result in additional charges. As I approached the second window, I overheard a conversation still ongoing about my order that was incorrect. When I clarified the issue, the staff member responded with, โThatโs what I said!โ in an unprofessional, snappy manner, leading to an unnecessary back-and-forth. I then overheard the manager, โNext time someone pulls forward without ordering, you need to send them back. Unfortunately, when I finally did receive my order, it was expectedly incorrect. I had ordered a caramel iced coffee, which should not have been difficult to fulfill, but I had to go inside the restaurant to address the mistake. Once inside, the staff continued to argue with me rather than simply resolving the issue, furthermore she had a nasty attitude while doing so. The behavior of the staff, particularly the young woman at the first window, was highly inappropriateโeye-rolling, dismissive, and argumentative & for a manager to display similar behavior is especially concerning. It reflects a lack of professionalism and basic customer service standards. In addition to poor service, the restaurant was also out of many basic items, which points to broader operational issues. Iโve attached a picture illustrating this.
My experience at this location was unacceptable. Iโve already reached out to corporate and will continue to follow up until these concerns are addressed. I would hope steps will be taken to improve both the service and the staffing at this location. My apologies for such a long review, but as a customer whoโs coming to pay, I didnโt deserve to be treated...
