Where do I start ??????? Okay, I'll start by saying this restaurant needs a security guard while the business is open. Too much riff raff going on, and so many kids running around breaking things. For example, the soda machines. The kids broke both of them by pulling and pounding on them. There was even a fight that happened while I was there.
The staff was far from friendly. There was an older lady with dark hair who was rude as can be. While we were waiting for our food, a young couple asked to use the bathroom and she told them it was out of service. This was a complete lie, coz I know for a fact someone just used the restroom a few minutes prior. I want to make this very clear. This couple is a paying couple who placed an order and yet they were treated like $H!T. The poor guy was dancing up and down, cuz he had to go to the bathroom so bad. Finally another employee opened the restroom for the gentleman.
It doesn't stop there. That same rude lady yelled at everyone and when she out our number. And I do mean YELLED and I YELLED right back at her to her face, since I was only 2 feet away. WoW, the lady apologized to me and then called me hun and told me to have a great evening. Only after I put her in her place !!! This should not be happening and this lady should be FIRED !!! There is no place for this and punishment needs to take place !!!!
Our order took over 30 minutes to be ready. This is a fast food chain, but yet it was slower than a sit down restaurant. Avoid this place unless you like to be treated rudely, get yelled at, and love waiting on your food for 30 minutes or more. Oh wait, the place is dirty and there is so much chaos inside. And flat out no control of all the 20 something kids that were running around breaking stuff.
I told that young couple that wanted to use the restroom to contact corporate and make a formal complaint. They seemed too nice and probably won't call, but I'm not afraid to make people aware. So, I'm speaking up for them and every other person who dares to step foot inside this McDonald's. People forget, without customers they have no...
Read moreI am a frequent customer to this particular location being that it's close to my workplace. Often, if not always, I order through the mobile app for my lunch breaks due to the time constraint. This visit was no different and yet my experience was one of the worst, ending with me having to come in the store. After waiting for approximately 3 minutes at the speaker and saying hello repeatedly no one answered, not to mention I was the only car in line. I pulled forward anyway and the excuse given to me was that her headset wasn't working, and they were trying to get the previous car order correct. Frustrated, but still keeping my composure, I received my receipt and pulled forward which is where the most upsetting encounter happened with the MOD Rebecca Rocio Hernanadez. As I was waiting for my food, I noticed other employees laughing and acknowledge my presence but not one came to greet me at the window, that took another 10 minutes. Again, I am the ONLY car in line at this point, so I didn't see why there was a of lack of urgency. When I was finally handed my food, it was by an employee with the WORST attitude, which prompted me to ask for a manager. After expressing my experience, Rebecca proceeded to point me to the survey stating I could get something free, as if she felt that was the reason for my complaint and would get me on my way. I proceeded to tell her that an attitude change, coaching her staff on customer service, and leading by example is what I'd prefer. She proceeds to say something to the previous rude employee and slammed the window in my face. I was so flabbergasted by the rudeness, audacity, and extreme lack of professionalism that I was compelled to ask for the store manager name and cooperate number. I'm sure everything is on CCTV, and my hope is it will be reviewed, and this staff can one day represent the standards McDonalds instills into their...
Read moreSo I’m very disappointed that of all places in a Vegas resort, McDonald’s is the one who treats you like fecal matter. First off, they upcharge you for drinks on value meals. Since when are you charged for a drink that’s SUPPOSED TO COME WITH THE MEAL?! If this is a policy within this particular McDonald’s, then they need to advertise it. Second thing, my order was incorrect. Now I will take partial responsibility, as I should have checked my bag before hand, but as I typically don’t have issues with McDonald’s (and yes I do eat at them often) I assumed wrongly that it was correct. Now when I called them to give a complaint and see if they could fix it, I was met with the rudest person I’ve ever dealt with in fast food. She initially refused to help, alluding that it was my fault, and when I became angry over being treated like this, AS A PAYING CUSTOMER, all she would do is offer a free meal. While I do appreciate any free food, it doesn’t fix the problem. It did nothing to make me feel better about my experience, or the way I was treated. I’m here on vacation, and if you’re reading this review, avoid this McDonald’s if you’re staying here. It may be a little less convenient, but at least you won’t have to deal with employees who care nothing about the customers who essentially provide them job security. Circus Circus should really reconsider having this establishment here, and McDonald’s should really overhaul the place if they want to...
