I normally order from this location since it's the closest to me and the cakes are fabulous. BUT today, I went to pickup an online order and I had to wait over 25 minutes. Letâs begin with the situation that only 4 guests are allowed inside the little store. So after I finally could get inside the store and wait more time; one of the front cashiers got my name and last name. She went inside and then came back; to continue assisting other guests. People coming after me were given their orders faster. At some point another staff came to me and asked if I was given assistance by anyone. I told her that the cashier next to her, already took my information. The cashier jumped really fast and said: I donât have your information. I reminded her about the information given to her and the other cashier asked for my last name. Information was given and she went to the back. I mentioned to the first cashier who got my information; that as staff they should be more organized. That cashier told me that it wasnât her fault. Which I told her that it wasnât my fault either because Iâm the guest/customer and that was an excuse...I also told her that guests/customers want nice and honest service. The cashier went to the back and I could listen her Laughing with other staff about what I just told her. After I finally got my order, my Bundtdinis fell inside the box. Thanks to the other cashier Kelcie who jumped right on and assisted me. Kelcie got the box and took it to the back. Kelcie explained to me that they would fix the Bundtdinis in about 30 seconds to one minute. While we were waiting, she offered me something for the long waiting time and gave me a cupon for my next time order. Iâm so Grateful for staff like Kelcie, who go above and beyond with guests/customers. I donât think Iâll be going back to that location. I felt today Bullied by some of the staff and thatâs something that I wonât tolerate. NBC isnât free and staff should provide a better customer service because the community still supporting their business. I may take my business...
Read moreI order from here frequently because I manage a hotel nearby, and we often purchase cakes for guest who mention theyâre celebrating a birthday, anniversary etc.. Recently we had a famous athlete staying at our property, and we bought them a congratulatory cake from here as well. I purchase a dozen bundtinis from here on 10/13 for my mothers birthday which was the following day (today as Iâm typing) 10/14. I purchased the custom card , and also 12 happy birthday flags to go on each bundtini. Prior to walking out, I asked the young lady âare the flags inside of the boxâ , she responded âyesâ. I took her word for it and did not check my box. I go to set up the box at 12 midnight for my mom to wake up to âŚAND THERES NO FLAGS! Yes, first world problems I suppose, BUT this isnât the first time this has happened and that is why I am bit upset. I ordered a cake for a guest about a month ago and the flags were missing as well and I had to make a second trip to Nothing Bundt to retrieve the flags. The flags were only .25c each, I ordered 12 so Iâm not looking to be reimbursed for the flags. The big picture is, I couldâve gone to smiths , Albertsons , even WALMART which I typically do order birthday cakes from and had them write âHappy Birthday Momâ for FREE and decorated the cake MYSELF with little toppers from party city or the dollar store and paid a FRACTION of what I paid for the Bundtinis. The reason I go to Nothing Bundt is because their cakes are delicious, and the little decorations are aesthetically pleasing. Itâs an adorable place to order cakes from. I just feel as though Iâd rather walk into smiths , purchase a premade cake, open it up , hand it to the bakery , have them write on it, and then go get a card from the dollar store and literally pay approximately total of $7 or $8 . Instead i spend about $27 and a part of my order is always missing. Itâs...
Read moreChoose another location! NOT CENTENNIAL These are franchised bakeries..and this one does not have customer service etiquette!! I placed an order to be picked up for a surprise party on NYE, the time to pick up was 1:40pm, although I arrived after 1:40, to find the store closed early. There was no phone call, no email, no notification at all that they would be closing early! I checked online from my account and the website had a BIG RED banner at top that said "All bakeries are open today 12/31", had I known they were closing early I would have been there! I had other errands to run so of course I didn't want to leave the cakes sitting in the car! When I get to the store! There's a sign on the door that said they closed at 2pm! It was very unprofessional for them to close KNOWING there was a pickup order that was ALREADY PAID FOR! I called other locations and they didn't even know this location was closing early; as they remained open! I will never choose this location based off of this very experience! They can't possibly love their customers or what they do! The location on Lake Mead has a very friendly and welcoming staff! I will drive out of my way to have customer...
