It’s so sad to see how this place has gone downhill. It’s like the owner does not even care anymore. I remember when I used to live in Vegas back in 2008 this place was awesome. The prices, food portions, and food quality was fantastic. Now, the food was expensive for 3 small tacos some beans and rice for $15.99, it’s a bit much. But I figured it was fine if the food would be good. Nope! Tacos were cold and unseasoned. The rice was cold and hard. The only thing that was decent were the beans but they were also cold. The agua the horchata had the water but only a little bit of the horchata. Overall, it makes me sad, not mad. Just sad that they’ve allowed this place to go downhill. News flash to the owner, your place isn’t dead “just because” it’s dead because you no longer have pride in what you do and what you serve. If you don’t want to even care for this business, then just shut the place down and be done with it.

Delicious asada meat. It's a taco shop. Authentic food, unpretentious, mom and pop type restaurant. Not much else to say. I don't care that it's "off the strip" or a "hole in the wall". It's delicious, I'm glad I went there and not some stupid on-the-strip place where I may have to pay more, wait in a line, or deal with snobby staff (and fellow patrons), for something that would never hold a candle stick to the food at this place. I only gave 4 stars to factor in the older building the restaurant is in. I am sure however, that this restaurant's owners will handle that in their, time on their terms.

Great food great customer service. Cashier lady was so so friendly. The location was a little funky. There was a homeless man that came in and sat at the table right behind us. A cook came and asked him to leave and he said no call the police i aint leaving. The cook went to the back and the man started to leave. He grabbed all his stuff and flicked us off. It was myself husband 8yro daughter and 6yro son. My daughter was devastated didnt understand why people did things like that. So lunch at pepes turned into a life lesson lol. FOOD TASTED AMAZING felt like home.

This location used to be wonderful. Every customer was treated with respect, and the food was great! But this was before the shutdown.

This visit was the first time I had been physically inside since it opened. And this experience was the exact opposite from the service I had in years past.

I expected a long wait. Didn't mind that part. But I was given only part of my take-out order because the fish taco wasn't ready. I had waited 40 minutes, and I'm still waiting for a fish taco? After another 10-15 minutes, I was still waiting, and my food was getting cold. I had to raise my voice after being ignored three times to call for a manager. I was lied about the manager not being there. And the cashier was really rude! And when I got home with lunch for my family, we didn't even finish everything because not only the food was cold at this point, it didn't taste as good as before.

But what upset me the most was the obvious prejudice that was there towards all the non-hispanic customers. The old crew like I had previously mentioned were great. This post shutdown crew is horrible!

I'm not calling the restaurant since I know the manager won't talk to me since I don't speak Spanish, I will find out who to call to file a formal complaint!

If your are not Hispanic, don't go to this location. There is a taco truck near Mojave that serves better tasting food for a cheaper price, and offers much better customer service without...

To give Pepe's Tacos just five stars feels like an injustice. If I could, I'd give them 45 stars for their exceptional food, incredible value, and consistent quality. This place is a Las Vegas institution for a reason. Let's start with the food: authentic, flavorful, and generously portioned. The carne asada fries are legendary—piled high with perfectly seasoned steak, rich nacho cheese, and a perfect blend of toppings. It's a full meal that could feed two, and it's easy to see why it was voted the best in Las Vegas. For taco purists, the street tacos are a revelation. Whether you go for the succulent carnitas or the spicy adobada, the meat is cooked to perfection and served on fresh, warm tortillas. The condiment bar is stocked with fresh salsas and toppings that add the perfect final touch. Service is fast and friendly, even during the busiest hours. The fact that it's open 24/7 is a gift to anyone looking for a satisfying late-night meal that's a massive step up from fast-food chains. This isn't just a restaurant; it's a dependable, delicious cornerstone of the community. Pepe's Tacos delivers a fantastic, authentic Mexican food experience every time, and that's worth more than five...

I ordered the Super Burrito that comes with carne asada, beans, cheese, lettrce, tomato and sour cream andwith med. drink. Online it's 4.95. In the store it's 9.99. Pandemic has caused price gouging everywhere so I kinda get it. 5.04 increase (more than double) that's a bit extreme. But everyone told me try Pepe. So I pay. My burrito came with rice and very dry and chewy carne asada. No other toppings. Didn't even get my medium. Didn't even remember the drink part till I got home. Had order 69. Order 66, 67, 68, 70. Then my order. Asked for 2 bags; the lady behind the counter got so rude. Asked for salsa and the grilled peppers. Explained I had 2 orders going 2 separate places when I asked for the bag. She gives me 1 side of onions and peppers. I ask for 1 more; explained again. She gives me a tiny side order. While shouting over me not even acknowledging my presence to order 71. Who inconveniently took 30 seconds to come get their order (mind you it's the last customer she has the place is now empty) and she screams at him "you said for here; you gonna eat here, or you need it to go; this is your order". I will never go here again....
