I unfortunately had the most unprofessional and cruel conversation with the manager Andre from this location. I had placed an order through the Popeyes app for zero delivery fee. Unfortunately due to a work related injury and a combative patient I am facing a total hip replacement at 40 years old and I’m bedbound, which is why I opted for delivery. I spent $90.01 for my order. I ordered through the actual Popeyes app. The Popeyes app uses DoorDash for delivery. My driver could only go through the drive-through since the dining room was closed. My driver was amazing and communicated that there were such a long line and that he was waiting. So I said that I would give him extra tip when he arrived. However when he pulled up to get my order the store didn’t have it and claimed there was no orders and their system has been down. So when I called the store to find out how to get my money back, the manager Andre, immediately started yelling at me on the phone stating that it was impossible for me to order delivery through the Popeyes app since they don’t do that, and that they only do delivery through Uber eats or DoorDash. I explain to him that it was through DoorDash but the Popeyes app automatically did that. He was talking over me it wouldn’t even allow me to talk. I just wanted to know how to get my money back. He continued to be very verbally abusive and belittling me and yelling at me. I also have Home video and audio footage of this since I have a security system with A/V in my house. I will not lie I did hang up the phone saying you are the rudest MF I’ve ever spoken to. Attached are the screenshots of my delivery through the Popeyes app showing their store. So Andre maybe you should learn how to manage and be more informative of what your store policies are and educate yourself on how your store app works. I did call corporate and make a formal complaint and they did refund my money. Damien through corporate was extremely helpful and very nice. To Andre you really need to attend customer service classes. Maybe even some anger management as well. I would never treat my patients the way that you spoke to me today. If you notice the picture with the map, it has the Popeyes logo on it in front of the delivery person, hence I ordered through the...
Read moreI usually like Popeyes and I usually get the shrimp meal. Maybe it's just Vegas, or this location. New here. Coming from ATL. When I tell you this shrimp meal was HORRIBLE. It looked like they took a whole shrimp, and cut them in half! They were itty bitty teeny weenie shrimps. It was a fricken JOKE. Change this meal to: 'HONEY, I SHRUNK THE SHRIMP!'....I was EXTREMELY disappointed....+2 ⭐ Because the lady at the Drive-Thru was so nice. DO BETTER, POPEYES!
UPDATE: I gave this place one more chance and they blew it. Months later went into this place and ordered a spicy fish sandwich. I am used to eating extremely spicy foods so I ordered it. As I bit into the sandwich I noticed two things. When I received the sandwich it looked like someone had dipped their hands in the hot sauce that goes on the sandwich and didn't care to clean their hands before packing the sandwich and handing it to a customer. I thought the condiments were supposed to go inside of the sandwich not on the packaging. The sandwich was also made very sloppy. Meaning they don't give a flying @#$&. They handed a customer a SLOPPY MESSY catastrophe. There was no rush because there was no line. There was one person behind me. I do not trust a place that does not take pride in how they SERVE customer's. I politely went back to show them the mess on the outside of my package. I was very polite and didn't make a disrespectful fuss about it. They then gave me a NEATLY MADE sandwich. The next day I had some kind of weird peeling of my skin like a rash near my mouth. Which can be caused by BACTERIA🦠 on the food! It took 5 days to disappear with doses of echinacea. I've never got THIS in my ENTIRE LIFE of eating any spicy foods, or eating ANY food. This place is not clean. Good luck putting sloppy-handled garbage into your body. Unclean places, and sloppy prepared foods, promote food poisoning. Be careful. I took away as many stars as I could. Unfortunately there's no way to...
Read moreNegative 100 Stars on this. Worst Popeyes I have ever been to, from the drive thru line which took 26 min to get my order in, all the way to the customer service on the phone. I went there at 420pm (Tuesday), waited forever to order and my order was still wrong. Lesson learned from there is to check your order before you even leave from the drive thru because the lobby is closed. After receiving my order I noticed my 3 piece meal and a side of coleslaw was missing so I called, drove there again to pick up the 3 piece. Went back home (everything else was cold by then) and noticed they did not add my 1/4 lb popcorn shrimp $2.99 value. I was too furious from the first incident to call again and request my shrimp because the manager there knows nothing about customer service, she was rude the first time I called and ruder when I was there picking up my order they forgot to give me because I called again saying I was at the lobby order. This experience was so bad that the General Manager of that location will receive a notice of this and also corporate. It is truly not that difficult to give someone what they ordered after the computer tells you what should be in the bag. I am highly highly disappointed in Popeye's for this and will never return to any location. I feel like I was ripped off and wonder how many people this happens to on a daily, because then Popeyes has no shrinkage on inventory since they are making money on food they never handed out. Plus the kicker of this all is there is no receipt of the transaction attached to the bag, nor was one handed to me. My order was as followed: 5 piece tender with fries (received) 3 piece bone in with coleslaw (did not receive, had to go back) Side of mashed potatoes (received) 1/4 lb popcorn shrimp (never received) did receive cocktail sauces 1 BBQ sauce So...
