I wanted to purchase a bag—not one of the regular discounted items, but a new arrival. The staff brought a new item from the stockroom for me, but both of the first two bags they brought had issues. The first one had a very noticeable scratch on it, so I requested a replacement. The second one was missing the strap buckles. I pointed this out to the staff, and they told me that the cashier would provide them during checkout. What followed became the most unpleasant part of my entire shopping experience.

At the checkout, the staff was extremely rude. I requested two strap buckles, but she casually handed me two completely mismatched ones that clearly didn’t fit. When I checked and pointed it out, she didn’t even bother to look for the right ones and simply said they didn’t have the correct size. I asked if I could try another bag instead, and at first she even tried to lie to me by saying the bag I was holding was the last one in stock. I reminded her that I had already been given two different ones earlier, so how could it be the last one? Only then did she reluctantly go to check. Eventually, the next bag she brought out still had scratches on it! (I honestly wonder how they’re storing their bags—how can every one of them be damaged?)

In the end, she just threw up her hands and told me bluntly that they couldn’t give me a proper buckle unless I accepted the scratched bag or took the wrong-sized ones. Fortunately, another kind-hearted staff member stepped in to help and eventually managed to find a pair of buckles that fit. She also helped process a discount, which finally brought the situation to a close.

I’m very grateful to the staff member who helped find the right-sized buckles, but I still want to strongly file a complaint against the cashier who handled my checkout—she was extremely unprofessional and had an absolutely...

i just dont know why i continue to patronize this place PERIOD!! this includes the the other outlet store as well. it has not been one time when im not watched like a hawk and followed around. its actually kind of annoying. i spend good money evey time i go. and have been a faithful full price store coach shopper since 1998. i actually remember when the outlet stores were just the after season basic coach bags, and didnt have that much in them. Not the fancy smancy stores they have grown to become. it pains me, when i think why im either followed around or walked past by these coach employees 😔. Maybe because im not dressed up! because if its any thing else in 2021 ? well thats just a SHAME. one employee ( i cant recall her name) went out of her way to be nice to me! i appreciate her. she was the only one. i can only imagine what was being said in the ear pieces. Because when i was at the register checking out an woman ( presumably a manager) comes up and looks at the register and rambled through my items ( probably to make sure I handed the guy everything) 🙄. it was a MESS and a weird experience. earlier in the year i took my 12 year old daughter with me and , even SHE noticed the energy. This was at the premium outlets South. I thought i may get better treatment at the Premium outlets North NOPE! well the UGGS store was a very pleasant...

Terrible. Bought a purse and bag for my wife and paid for overnight shipping. The following day a shipping label was created. 5 days later no update as to shipping. Coach blamed UPS and said they picked up the package. They said give it a few days and we will have it. A few days pass and UPS voids the shipping as they still had not received the package. Now coach says it never shipped and it appears it is because they are out of stock. Not back ordered. They will not have any more available. So now they will not refund our money, they will only give us store credit. Besides being ILLEGAL to not refund our money if we never received our purchase we want a refund not store credit. They lied to us about the items being in stock and lied to us about them being in transit. I am now filing a report with the BBB. I would give 0 stars if possible. Literally no different than being scammed out...
