Wendy's — Restaurant in Las Vegas

We were on Our way home after I Had a Day Surgery & my Husband went in to Wendy's for Me & Placed an Order to Ensure it was Correct! I wanted NON Spicy Chicken Nuggets & #2 Baked Potatoes, Chive, S. Cream. So Being in Pain, We of Course left after he got in the Car, the Problem was The #1 Item that Could be Wrong Was! As soon as We got a Short distance, I Tried #1 Of the Nuggets & it Was SPICY! It Was Not Practical to Turn around & go Back Due to Me & the Traffic! I had Planned on having the Potatoes for Dinner, since it's Difficult to Eat them in the Car! Being Hungry, I Ate #1, which was Fine But Messy & Since My Nuggets We're Spicy! For Some Reason this Happens A Lot At Wendys! I Can't Eat Spicy Food And I Prefer Your Baked Potatoes Over the Fries. I Can't Understand WHY This Happens, Often! Even #6 Mos. Ago We Went inside a Wendy's & Again got Spicy NUGGETS! THE Other Problem is the Baked Potatoes, #1 Potato Will Be Fine, White Fluffy, but a 2nd One is Brown & Overcooked Or Even Black Spots All Over it, in the Same Order, I've Posted Pics. of Those! I Wish the Owners Would Get After Their Mgrs. & Employees, To Be Sure the Food Is Correct & Fresh! Wendy's Are #1 Of My Favorite Fast Foods to Eat at when We don't have Time or I'm Not Able to Go Into a Restaurant! I Shouldn't Have to Pay for Wrong Food Or Employees Who Don't Do Their Job Right, it's...

Since moving, this Wendy's is closest to me. And while I've never had cause to complain about any other store, this one just reached strike 3, so... time for a review.

Two visits in a row I ordered a Frosty and was handed a cup of unfrozen Frosty mix. The first time I didn't discover this until I got home, but the second time I checked as I pulled away from the window... then did a 360 right back to the window and handed it back.

Here's the problem: there is no way the person who poured both unFrostys was unaware that they were pouring unfrozen mix - my first job was at Wendys so I know whereof I speak - so either it was their first day (twice), or they just didn't give a frock. I must assume the latter.

Strike Three? I know it's just a Jr. Bacon Cheeseburger but they are almost $3 now, and with any/all cheeseburger there is an expectation of cheese at least somewhat melted to a hot beef patty. One should not be able to lift a cold, unmelted cheese slice from a cold beef patty topped with cold bacon. I understand food can get cold on the drive home, but this sandwich was assembled cold - there had never been heat between the patty and the slice of cheese (see sad picture).

Unfrosty Frostys? Cold beef & cheese sandwiches? Did someone forget to pay the utility bills? I'm not asking you to try harder. I'm asking you to try. But for the next...

Pulled up to the drive thru and sat through a song on the radio... 3 cars behind me and still no answer at the speaker..so I park and see people inside so I walk inside and the person behind me hasn't been acknowledged yet. Asked the cashier if the speaker was broken because of the time I sat at the speaker. 1 cashier walks by him with a head set on, gives me a dirty look and proceeds to the bathroom. I hear yelling and another headset walking up to the register at drive thru to take an order. She was so caught up in her phone conversation (earbud) that she wasn't paying attention at the drive thru and was bc gagging orders while on the phone...hope no one's ok orders went out wrong. Bathroom cashier came back and gave me another dirty look. My cashier made my food and apologized stating it was a shift change...where I proceeded to say that maybe she got the phone mixed up with the speaker. FYI... Check your timers and dates on your foods and proper storage temps. You're sending out some funky food that will get...
