This was my go-to dominos because Iāve never had a problem with the food or staff until today. I placed an online order and mistakenly placed it for pick-up instead of curbside and needed it for curbside as I had my infant with me. I called to request to switch to curbside but was so unpleased with the girlās customer service. She answered the phone just stating āhello?ā in the most confused and unprofessional manner almost as if she wasnāt even on the clock. When I requested it to be switched she said she canāt change it because thereās no button to change it and she canāt be standing outside looking for the car. When I went into the store to pick up I asked her again why I wasnāt able to change it and told her that I could park right outside the front with my hazards on and call with the car description when Iām outside and she changes her story saying a button alerts her when someoneās outside just in case sheās talking to her employees. At first she told me she couldnāt because she didnāt know what car Iād be in but then when I told her upon arrival I could call and give the exact description + have my hazards on she needs to rely on a button when sheād be on the phone with the customer?
