ube horchata: the reason i got in the line. It looked delectable on the pictures, but when I got it? It tasted like the horchata had water and a dream. it didn't taste like ube at ALL, and I was severely disappointed. There were tiny, united, cinnamon and sugar bits and CHUNKS on the bottom, making me choke on my first sip and spit it out. it was like sand on the bottom of my drink. The drink itself was so watery. im very disappointed. it was NOT worth the price of 1/10, and that's being generous.

spam musubi: for what it was, okay. it's not the best, not the worst, but I will say that the presentation was a hot mess. it was like the workers looked at me and went "here, damn". It was a spam musubi so I can't complain, but there were HARD RICE CHUNKS. disgusting. The only thing that brings up the score is the 2 lumpias that came with it and the sauce put in the musubi- which, if I may add, saved the whole dish. 3/10.

the wait time was HORRENDOUS. almost two hours for some sloppy food? this is utterly ridiculous. for the time I spent in that line, feet hurting, back aching, and stressed? I'm gagged. utterly gagged. this was such a horrible experience, I was sweating, dying, crying for god's sake. I understand that there were only two people, but doing ONE order at a time and closing off your window, making us wait longer? that's terrible. It's like they take one order, complete it, then the next- which sounds fine, and it is fine, until it takes you two HOURS to push out half-made overpriced drinks. Im very dissatisfied with this service and this mediocre food. instead of spending time with friends and family enjoying the fireworks, I was waiting in line just for something an autistic orangutan with down syndrome could do with its eyes closed. First time trying Row’s Roll and it won’t be our last. Everything was delicious! Ordered another extra side of Lumpia to take home to the family and they were a hit. The Spam Masubi was my favorite! I like Filipino food and I like supporting Filipino business. I like crispy sisig. I ordered, waited 15 minutes, and when it came out the sisig was chewy. I asked if I could get it crispy. My man in the truck was very polite and professional. I waited another 15 minutes and it came back chewy again. I threw it out. For $20, it was not a good experience for me.
