McDonald's — Restaurant in Lauderdale Lakes

On today’s date at 3 am I went drive to the above establishment. When I got there it was only a grey vehicle in front of me. As I got to the window I waited a couple of minutes while shouting hello and no one responded. So I drove around to proceed to the window where the other vehicle was awaiting their food. I then continued to wait for another 10 minutes for one vehicle to leave the window. I then get to the window and there was the most unprofessional woman I have ever seen. The cashier at the window was SIDEL she had trouble speaking English and told me to go back around to the speaker. I then explained to SIDEL that I was at the speaker for several moments with no reply so I proceeded forwarded. At this time there is now 3 cars behind me awaiting to place their food order as well. I tell her I waited 10 minutes and I did not want to go back around to wait back in line. She responded with “go to the speaker there is not anyone there I am listening now”. I said no I already been there. She then closed the window and came back 30 seconds later rolled her eyes and said “ ok what do you want”. I placed my order and got it in 60 seconds I knew my food would be nasty. As I drove down the street I found a long strain of hair in my fries and they were cold. Also my MCchicken was awful. I normally love McDonald’s but after this experience, also with everything going on in the world I will not be returning to McDonald’s for bad service and awful food. I look forward to possibly speaker with the manager or the owner in reference to some type of action that will be taken for the Cashier SIDEL she is unprofessional and she will reduce sales. With this pandemic this is the last person you want on your window. So I look forward to hearing from someone if you guys...

Any positive review of this McDonald's let's me know that they didn't go through the drive-through. The moment I pulled up, I was greeted with. "Cash only", after making it clear I was there to pick up an order for delivery I was told, "second window " I go to the second window on foot, usually when picking up delivery orders fast food places don't have you wait in line just give the order number and you're set, that was not the case this time. I was told to back up that the order isn't ready. When asked a rough estimate of how long it would take, she stated she didn't know. After asking if they at least started working on it she stated she didn't know (with a lot of unnecessary attitude) and told me to move she had customers to help. I stated I was a customer and you told me to come to the second window. She told the driver to hit me with their car. She then blocked the order and didn't allow me to pick it up. If there was a way to give this place 0 stars for customer service, trust me, it would be well earned. I didn't quite catch her name, but customer service isn't the field for her. She's a young black woman with a horrible attitude and hate for her job. If you don't like your job, just quit, don't take your hatred out on customers. If you have no other life skills, maybe go back to school. If you don't have the capacity to learn, then hey blame your parents for failing you, but do not take it out on...

I only gave two stars because the young man at the register inside this Mc Donalds today was trying to assist me & with good manners. There was a problem with my meal. I watched the young man go to the management & I assume she was management because she was the only one with a white button down shirt on. The young man approached her and she dismissed him quickly & again I see him return to her. I watched them speak briefly & by her face & body language you can see she was ready to dismiss the situation again until I spoke up & asked for my receipt back & stated that I would just post the photos of my food online & then all of a sudden I had her attention. She had bright red hair & claimed her name to be Barbara. I am a pretty easy going person until pushed. Her attitude, body language & overall behavior was distasteful. It was way too early in the morning to start my day with drama but I was really getting ready to tell her about her mother. If she doesn't like working for fast food then maybe she should get another job. I pass this location everyday to get to work & because of these two incidents I will never step foot in this place again until they throw out the trash...
