I love Noodle and Company, overall, go to them a lot but my experience at this location never great, i come here because it's close. It's clear that the employee's here don't care much about giving good service. My tomato soup was basically marinara sauce, it was thick and chunky and when I asked for better soup the employee who helped me told me this was the soup and that maybe I was confused because "You know, marinara and the tomato soup are made from tomato's"... NO, really?! anyway she did not offer a refund or apologize I had to ask awkwardly if I could get something else. She said sure, rang me up and I felt awkward asking if I had to pay. That's when she explained I did not. Same day, I had left my debit card the day before... I asked her if they had found one and she said, "no" without looking, I asked if she could please check with someone else or go look she asked the other employee in the kitchen and the other employee stated, "nahh" I was persistant because I knew I left it there, they finally got a 3rd employee to said YES SHE DID FIND A CARD. Asked me my name but instead of going to grab it she continued what she was doing and chatted with the other employees (which is common at this location too, I've heard them talking about hook ups/late nights pretty often) and I waited a couple of minutes before I was able to get it. I don't want someone to spit in my food lol so I probably won't come back here, but it's a similar experience...
Read moreMy family went to Noodles and Company last night. We love the company, but this experience was ridiculous. We ordered at 6:30. 2 regular dishes, 1 small, 1 side salad, and 1 cheesy bread. The first dish came at about 6:45 with its salad. The second dish came at 6:55. The cheesy bread was promised to be there soon. It came at about 7:05. Then, the last dish finally arrived at 7:15, after our complaints.
All the food was cold by the time the last dish came (including the last dish). No explanation was given for the wait, just a rudely stated "sorry."
This happened to multiple other guests when we were there, but there were only about 3 other couples here at the time. It took 45 minutes for our food to come out. We ate it in 15 minutes, taking our time. For fast casual dining, it was not very fast. Even the take-out orders were taking a while to be made.
We could have driven to the Columbia location, ordered, and eaten before our food had even arrived at our table here.
This service was unacceptable. The restaurant is also always dirty (you often have to ask them to clean the table for you), and it is constantly freezing. We felt the heat for two 1 minute bursts, but other than that, the vents were...
Read moreI've been going to the Noodles weekly for a couple of years, but you have a manager that is confrontational with customers, so I won't go back. I went in one time after ordering online. I didn't pay online though, so when I went to the pickup, she said I had to get into the other line to pay, but I could go to the front of that line. I wasn't going to cut, so I was happy to go to the back. This manager made a big and rude fuss insisting I pay. A second time I went in and your member reader devices were newly installed and pointing brightly toward every customer. It's unsafe, so I moved it so it wasn't pointed at my eyes. She rudely moved it back, and argued with us. We left and I could hear her make rude remarks as we left. We haven't been back. Ask the staff. They'll know which one I'm talking about. They looked plaintively at me as this authoritative dictator with no sense of customer service berated...
