Starbucks — Restaurant in Lavonia

The Starbucks here this location is just great the kind and super loving! I had a bit of a rough start to my day—I was running late, and when I picked up my Starbucks order, it was made incorrectly. I didn’t have time to turn back since I was already on the highway. Feeling frustrated, I called another Starbucks a couple of exits down just to see if there was anything they could do.

That’s when I spoke with William S., and honestly, he completely turned my day around. No hassle, no questions—just genuine understanding and quick help. He didn’t make me feel like I was trying to get away with anything; he just got it. I just wanted the drink I originally ordered, and he made that happen fast and kindly.

I go about am everyday and get a pink drink it’s a real pink color but I used to go to hartwell and get it made it was lighter almost white pink. They claim the ingredients changed but I think it’s lack of training. They need to know how to make at least the menu drinks. I also like a mocha cookie crumble and they fill the bottom of my cup with chocolate being funny as I’ve complained in the past as it never got made that way for me. Btw I spend over $300+ a month on Starbucks that’s over 2 drinks a day.....

I love this location. I always get the vanilla sweet cream cold brew. 🥰 Drinks & food have always been on point. I go multiple times a week. There have been 1 or 2 times I needed an adjustment to my drink order & I walk up and let them know, they fix it right away. No complaints. No fussing. No one has ever been rude. I've noticed a few new faces but Brittani and Stacey are amazing! I'm sure the other are as well! The service has always been amazing each time I went. The Cafe area is always clean....
