The incident that I'm talking about actually happened at McDonald's at 1309 West 6th Street.

Had the worst McDonald's experience today. My 74 year old mother that came and drove 7 hours to come visit me from Cape Girardeau stop in to this McDonald's and proceeded to use the McDonald's app to buy a sandwich and cup of coffee she was trying to kill some time by played on her laptop and when she went up 30 minutes later to get a refill on coffee I do believe it was the manager she was a middle-aged woman with a bun in her hair, informed her that she could not have a refill because she left and if you leave the store you can't come back and have a refill and my mother proceed to tell her I didn't leave I've been here the whole time I've been in that Booth over there on my laptop and this woman was very rude very hateful an Unapologetic even when one of the other workers came to my mother's Aiden said yes she had been here the whole time and hadn't left then she finally gave her refill I'm very upset my mother she has spent so much money at McDonald's throughout the years where she lives in Cape Girardeau her and her friends that are senior citizens go to McDonald's in Cape Girardeau everyday and have breakfast and they have never been treated like this I hate that my mom had an experience this bad and she said she will never again come to that McDonald's again or let alone probably one here in Lawrence. This experience just makes me so upset that my mother was treated like this and I didn't go into detail but she was very hateful and very rude ended up making her pay full price for her sandwich even though she had a coupon on the McDonald's app there was more that was said and it happened but it's already long enough that I shouldn't go into any more detail just I'm very very upset about this and I will never spend my money at this...

I placed my order and while it was being made I stepped maybe 2ft out the door to adjust my back bicycle brake and I was just fixing to walk in to get my food and the lady who was near the door cleaning rushed to the door to lock it. I was knocking and telling her that I needed my food and she shrugs her shoulders and turns back to me and completely ignored me as did everyone in the entire store even when they were within feet of the door. I ordered 2 mcchickens only pickle and the quarter pound combo all with only pickle. I am fairly close to the McDonald's and I had allowed enough time for my hands to not freeze or get frostbite. I watched my food get sat down on counter and I heard my number called and yet I was completely ignored and by this point yelling loudly at them to get attention and I was just ignored... My food just sat and it was when they were obviously gonna dispose of it that I went through the drive thru. I was already outside over 3 times the amount of time to get to my house. I was angry and I demanded that I get my money back and that to was ignored and unheard with the statement do I want it or not if not they would just keep it. I ended up taking it but due to the pain that I was getting in my hands I had dropped it because I was trying to get home because of the fact that I had frostbite by that point and my thumb was purple and I had went to grab food where I had dropped it because I was not able to hang on to it because I was in immense pain and I came to an animal eating my food which looking at it had mayonnaise on chicken which I am allergic to... I wasted $15 roughly and I went to bed hungry and I was unable to sleep and I not only on an empty stomach but I have a doctor's appointment and I am not able to eat until I get back from there and I am having...
