Came through drive through, once food was home realized they forgot both aujus for the 2 French dips I ordered and the marinara for the mozzarella sticks. Upon calling, a female who answered the phone sounded irritated. After trying to tell her what they missed in my order she cut me off and rudely said is I drove back there (close to 20 min away) she would give me the aujus and marinara. I explained I would like fresh sandwiches and mozzarella sticks since mine would be cold by the time I got the aujus and marinara. She said I would have to return the sandwiches and food (wife was already on her way without the food) I told her I was not driving again and wasting more gas and that I would return the food the next day on my way to work (because the day staff is more friendlier) She was very rude and hung up on me, a customer that spends money there regularly to feed my family including young children. I am very disappointed by their service and how this person treated me because of a mistake THEY made. Unless they make it right they will be losing my business. I would not recommend doing business there in the evening and the person I spoke with should be reprimanded for her treatment of customers and taught what customer service is. Read moreZERO HYGIENE AND EXTREMELY RUDE. I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience at Arby’s on South Clayton Street in Lawrenceville. I ordered four milkshakes, one Jamocha, one vanilla and two chocolate milkshakes, one of the chocolate milkshakes had an eyelash in it. This was utterly disgusting and unacceptable, especially as it was meant for my daughter. We had no choice but to rinse it down the sink.
I called Arby’s immediately to inform them, hoping they would be more careful in the future and apologetic. However, the response was shockingly rude. The person on the phone dismissively said “yessss!” and when I reiterated the issue, they put me on hold and then hung up. I called back three times, only to decline my calls and to be sent to voicemail each time.
This level of customer service is appalling. It’s a huge disappointment to see such a lack of concern for hygiene and customer care. I won’t be returning to this location and advise others to be cautious when considering dining here. I’d give zero star if possible. I DO...
