I am so very angry right now. I made an mobile order through the Jersey Mike's app. I ordered over $50 worth of food and they messed up in almost every way possible. I ordered a regular Big Kahuna Chicken for my wife with extra cheese, extra mushrooms and meat only. I ordered a giant Big Kahuna steak for myself and requested no onions, and extra mushrooms. They gave me a regular Big Kahuna Chicken with everything on it and a regular (not giant which is an $8 difference) Big Kahuna with only steak and mushrooms, no cheese, no onions, no peppers, no jalapeños. What is the point in having an app with customization options if they just do whatever they want? They basically stole money from me by giving me a smaller sandwich than I ordered and charged me for extra ingredients but then didnt even add what they were supposed to. I only got one sub that was what I ordered and that is because I ordered it exactly as it was on the menu. They didnt even put names on the sandwiches when I put them in on the app. This is the third time I have had major issues with this store in the last few years, but it will definitely be the last time. Read morePlaced an online order. Husband accidentally ordered gluten free bread. He called to get regular bread because he’s tried the gluten free once before and hated it. They found his ordered. The lady that he had been talking to then placed a male on the phone to which he said “you ordered gluten free bread. You paid for the gluten free bread (is an added fee to get gluten free). You don’t want to waste that.” My husband told him he didn’t care that he accidentally paid for the gluten just to change the bread and not worry about the difference. The guy then said “no it’s made now and you don’t want to waste that bread”. He’s the paying customer and paid for the said gluten free and they still got the extra money for the crappy gluten free and would not change it. I’ve been a manger at fast food.
