This used to be one of my favorite places to get a burger and some fries bc the staff was always amazing and kind and super helpful. At least, their first year or two went this way. This whole past year it has steadily gone down hill. FAST. Every time I try to give them the benefit of the doubt, I'm sadly proven correct every time. I just went through the drive-thru and mistakenly thought the gentleman was talking to me, so I began to order like normal. He interrupts me and says sternly, "uh, Ma'am, I said give me a minute." (in the rudest manner)
I promptly told him "not to worry about it, I'd rather go somewhere else where they know how to treat their patrons". I work in customer service as well and understand the demands and imperfections that come with the job. I'm not unreasonable and I always try to understand that maybe they're not having the best day, maybe their boss isn't managing properly, or understaffed etc. There's usually reasons for whatever issue arises. But this- this was blatant scolding over a minor misunderstanding.
Mind you, I was the only person in line by time I thought he was taking my order. It had been a minute since the previous customer had pulled off- More than enough time to take my order- and I'm not even upset at that part. If you need some more time before taking my order, that's fine, but the way he spoke to me- like I was a 6 year old that couldn't listen- that's unacceptable and degrading. I will NEVER be back to this Freddy's and I definitely wont be recommending it to anyone in the future. Good luck with your establishment.    Read moreBeen coming for a while, food is good and staff is usually friendly. But this only matters if you get what you ordered. Check your order before you drive away! Missing sauces, wrong drinks, wrong ingredient on burgers.
Called and they offered to send coupons, which is fine, but instead of putting a bandaid on this repetitive issue, maybe implement some sort of quality check to stop this from happening to begin with.
Edit: 07/23/22, few months later just because of past experience I checked my bag and sure enough missing items. Food is good enough to keep me coming back but kind if disappointing.
Edit: 08/07/22, back again because i like the food. Pulled up to order and sat for literally 4-5 minutes before anyone answered. Other car at the other order screen did the same, not even a "hey we'll be right with you".
Order: Large Combo, no pickles add lettuce, Kids Cheeseburger, extra fry and 2 cheese sauces. Confirmed perfectly at the window, I think this might be the time I get a correct order from Freddy's.
Bag comes out, burger (regular with pickles), no kids burger just a hotdog(???) 1 fry missing and no cheese sauce and medium drinks.
This is almost comical at this point.
Edit: 12/21/22. Quick order, friendly service, order was 100% accurate with double verification. First time I've gotten everything right. Keep it up đđź

   Read moreThis place has to be going through growing pains. There were so many employees they were not only crawling over each other but taking up space in the dinner for their breaks when customers who were standing could have enjoyed their completely smashed meat gristle and untoasted bun burger. One employee who wasn't even working a register was able to inform me on how the menu worked, after the employee at the register completely destroyed my order. Great training there guys. After crawling over the employees to get to a register I decided to try the drive through.... 30 minutes later my order for a shake and a malt was taken. Yes I went to both inside and the drive through to give the benefit of the doubt. Nope it was all doubt, I was told the shakes aka custard was where it is at... I am not impressed at all. I saw there was no lead manager working tonight and if I just opened up a new restaurant in this area I would be there open to close to make sure this bad experience does not happen for the customers. I will come back in a month and hopefully the 50 off duty employees who are not needed taking up space will not be there and hopefully the food will be better because it is not worth waiting for. At current I would rather have the horrible service at Steak and Shake because at least their food and shakes taste much...
