DONāT SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE AT THIS LOCATION!! Last Friday night we decided to get dinner Togo. We got 2 meals and canāt forget the Cinnabonās! When ordering I made it specifically clear NO tomatoes or onions. I emphasize the importance due to the person being allergic. We got our food and drove off. It was raining that night. So we were trying not to get wet in the drive thru. We get home to sit down and eat dinner. Iām get the sandwichās out of the bag. What do you know the sandwich, that I specifically ask for NO onions or tomatoes has it on there. So I can up there around 9:10 & there closed. So we go back out to get dinner else where. Following day call back to speak with someone. No answer, following day is 4th of July. Call again on Monday left another voicemail. Iāve called the past 4 days and left voicemails. Finally I just physically go in there on Tuesday. I expressed my frustration on the mess up order. Not to mention all the unsuccessful attempts to get a call back. The manager on duty said I can pass your concerns onto the store manager which is Sue. I speak with her in detail of what happened. She wasnāt friendly or understanding at all. At one point during the conversation she stated āthatās not my problem heās allergicā I couldnāt believe what I just heard out of a manager mouth. I said I donāt want my money back can we just get the order remade, it was about $30 .00 with everything. She said you needed to bring it back up here so we could see it. I informed her I threw the food away because heās allergic! She stated āWhy, would you throw away $30.00 worth of food. I said seriously, I didnāt want to make a trip to the ER! Let me also say that I drove out of my way because the west Galveston location's card reader was down but I know they have the weekend pizza special. First of all, when I got to the window, they quoted $16+. I questioned about the special. Worker said , "oh, you want the special? "Duh. Upon arriving home, my order was completely wrong and I called that evening to get someone to address this. Voice mail picks up and I left a message. By the way, message says you'll get a call back the next day. After 5 days, 4 calls and 2 messages left and no one responding, I went in the store. The worker Luz listened to what I said and proceeded to smirk and just said that she needed a paper receipt or the food back. I showed her the transaction on my bank app and a picture of what I got, she still repeated paper receipt, etc. Then I just said, "Give me the manager's information. She proceeded to give me a name and number. (The number was the same one that always goes to voice-mail. I understand why certain businesses have policies in place, but with the attitude of this worker and whether they were going to overcharge me at the drive thru if I hadn't mentioned the special brings up the questions of who's in charge and what is their training. Yesterday, I ordered using the app for the first time. I spoke to the microphone and told them Iām there to pick up an order I purchased on the app. My meal was supposed to be ready for pickup 20 minutes earlier. I sat for 10 minutes, patiently. There was a young girl there filling up drinks. I didnāt order drinks. I didnāt tap on the glass. I waited patiently. Ten minutes later another person walked into the area. Neither person at this point acknowledged my presence. Finally, I said, is anyone going to talk to me or am I invisible. So, the second person āLuzā said she was the manager. She said she couldnāt understand me at the mic (it wasnāt her voice, it was a 1/2 awake teenager). She had a very thick Hispanic accent. She finds my food and gives it to me. No apology, nothing. I asked what was wrong. My food is cold. She said I could complain to the phone number on my receipt and was very disrespectful. Iāll never return to this location.
