Hi I placed an order tonight and received a stuffed cheese bread, I use to commonly order this and always had excellent service. Tonight it was a little busy but I used to work in food service so I understand the pace I had bought 2 ranch dips to go with my order and went back in to purchase a sprite. I had to wait a while to get my order which again wasn’t and issue I totally get, but they had forgot my ranch which I also understood. I was a manager before and I just get that things happen. But from that experience I understand there are multiple ways to handle a situation or circumstance that occurs. There was someone on shift named Sierra who freaked out when I tried to (politely) ask for my ranch cups they forgot and told me that if I don’t have the receipt I can’t have them (keep in mind she was freaking out from the stress of the job and already acting a bit negative in general) but the way she treated me was uncalled for. Assuming I didn’t pay is rude in my opinion, especially when you have the ability to check. One of the other employees helped me and looked up my order in the system. I felt attacked, uncomfortable , and treated like garbage by her. If she doesn’t like her job there are plenty of options and if the stress is too much she should find ways to manage it not take it out on the employees and guests. I hope someone higher up has the ability to review this because that kind of treatment should not be allowed especially with someone as polite as I am. I won’t be returning to this location to say the least. I don’t even feel safe too , I felt very targeted and...
Read morePlaced my order online at 5:14 PM yesterday and the carry out time was 11 minutes. Received my text and clicked on the tracker and it now said 45 minutes, just to pick up two sandwiches. I called and spoke to whoever answered the phone and they said yeah they’re having trouble right now and it would be 45 minutes. Arrived at the store and sat in the parking lot and kept my eye on the tracker because my sandwiches were in the oven. Once the tracker updated to my order was complete, boxed and ready to go, I clicked on the link that said I’m here and turned my hazards on, which they instructed. The two minute guarantee is that they have your order to you within two minutes. As the tracker started counting down, I was watching the young man in front that was working the counter. When my tracker got to 13 seconds, he turned around and reached up to a computer screen and tapped it and my tracker stopped at 13 seconds. It took another 2 to 3 minutes for him to bring my sandwiches, so now I’ve waited 5 minutes on the two minute guarantee . When I brought this to his attention, he said your order wasn’t ready yet and I’m like yes it was and he asked did I want to speak to a manager. I declined at that time because they appeared busy. He had forgot the dressing and sauce that I ordered for my sandwiches and had to go back and get it and brought them out. While the sandwiches were good, I think they should abide by their two minute car side delivery and fix their online website so it reflects the true...
Read moreI guess they say third time is a charm... I only eat one thing from this store which is the Mediterranean sub which is a veggie sub . I can't eat meat except seafood or I get sick. I love this sub, it's the best but I recently ordered one and picked it up to save on delivery fee cause i was told it was 5.00 for the delivery. I get home and start eating it , and low and behold not one but two blonde hairs. The girl making my sub had blonde hair , she may have had in a pink tail to the back bu it still got in my food . Sooo then I called and she offered to replace it but delivery fee would be 5 dollars so I paid it after waiting over an hr.and my sandwich was cold. I went in tonight to get another one and both girls in there had ponytails to the back and I waited outside and even told her about my last experience and was told I shouldn't have been charged a delivery fee , I was so mad. And tonight as I'm in my car watching the employees inside making food and assembling boxes their ponytails are just swinging from one side to the other while working . And I went in and told her how I felt about it . I think as a food business making the food we pay for and rely on should be protected for not only our benefit but theirs too .and she did give me a couple dollars off the sandwich BUT personally it's not clean or professional. And one of the delivery drivers that just came back from delivering had shorts on so short that her shirt was as long as her shorts .which is very Un...
