Went at 9, there were 4 people working, mostly just chatting. The woman in front of me had a cake to check out, and I was waiting for an online order- no one acknowledged us. We smiled awkwardly and after awhile, I asked if she was just getting the cake, she said yes. Finally one of them came over, said sorry and checked her out, then went back to chatting. Some other people walked in and were helped, still no one even said hello to me as I waited at the online pickup. After they left a girl asked if I was waiting for an online order and started making it, 45 minutes later. The mix ins were barely mixed, with huge frozen strawberries that were unpleasant to eat because they were like ice. We only had 3 items ($30), so it wasn't like it was a huge order. OH MY GOSHHHH.... the nutterbutter creation 🔥🔥🔥 We ordered ahead for pick up because every time we have tried to go here the line was soooo long we gave up. The online ordering is super easy. The pick up time wait was 40 min which is fine. They offer the option to put it in the blast freezer which keeps it cold for the ride home, no charge! Pick up, was super easy. My fiancé walked right past the long line and got our order. Staff was friendly and super quick! This was literally the BEST ice cream I've had in a LONG time! I did substitute the fudge for extra sugar crystals and added Caramel. It was 🤌 We will definitely be back!
