Chen's Garden — Restaurant in Leesburg

Been looking for our family's new Chinese restaurant since moving into the area a year ago, and I think we've found it. Online ordering was simple, they called to confirm the order, and the woman I spoke with seemed kind. On pickup, she wished me well with "I hope you enjoy our food" which I thought was a really nice way of saying "Thanks for your business."

Well, as it turns out, there was no need to hope. The food was excellent. We ordered lo mein, general tso's, pepper beef, tofu soup, and steamed chicken w/ vegetables, and everything was cooked perfectly. Sauces were ample but not overloaded, fried items weren't overloaded with breading, and rice was cooked just right. My kids devoured their portions (and some of mine), and were asking for leftovers the next day (which never happens).

Me and my boyfriend have tried a couple Chinese places in Leesburg and nothing I have enjoyed. I was googling reviews and Chen’s had the first 7 reviews to be 5 stars and great feedback so I decided to give them a try. This place was absolutely amazing! We had 4 entrees and 2 soups for pickup and every single one of our dishes was absolutely perfect. The woman working behind the counter and who took my order on the phone was so polite and accommodating to make sure I knew where the restaurant was. She was so happy to hear this was our first time and hoped we enjoyed it. I cannot wait to go back and let her know she has customers for life and that we were so happy with...

My husband was out 2 days after Christmas trying to return a broken toy our daughter received from “Santa” he was tired and decided to just stop and grab Chinese food on the way home. He came here 25 min before they closed trying to order something and they refused service because they were closing soon. We are new to the area and were trying to support business but sure as hell won’t be trying this place again. Customer service is a big deal. I can see if he showed up 5 min before closing but 25 min before you close... if you don’t want our business... no prob we will find a place that does. See ya...
