My Sister in law wanted to try the desserts at Crumbl Cookies. After visiting their website, I was impressed and onboard. My SIL ordered 4 cookies, Dulce Leche, Milk Chocolate Chip, Kentucky Butter Cookie, and a Cookie with potato chips in it. To my surprise, the Dulce Leche cookie did not taste the way I expected. The icing was a bit too much in sweetness and I didn't get much caramel flavor in the icing so, I did not care for this cookie. The cookie with potato chips on top was not a favorite either. Not because of the potato chips because I get the salty n sweet vibe, but there were other flavors and textures my taste buds failed to make a connection with this concoction. The classic Milk Chocolate Chip cookie was a 8 out of 10, and I would purchase one again, if I'm desperate for a cookie. The Kentucky Butter Cookie was my favorite. Mind you, I was throwing major shade at the cookie before I tried it. But after trying a piece, it was soft, buttery, and the right balance of sweetness. I would give it a 9.5 out of 10. This cookie is best eaten warm...as all are the cookies should be. But the Milk Chocolate Chip and Kentucky Butter Cookies taste delicious even after the cookies are cold. Overall, I give Crumbl Cookies a 7 out 10. Unless cookies are your favorite dessert, the cookie hype is just that, hype, and I wasn't impressed enough to suggest it as a must try. However, if cookies are your thing and you're craving it, try it for yourself.

Awesome cookies. Love the variety of flavors and I also like that they change the menu weekly. Definitely expensive, but a fun treat for yourself or gift for a loved one. Update 3/26/2022: cookies are great and all, but service has been terribly slow. Super understaffed and never have cookies ready at the pick-up time designated or are out of the flavors we’ve requested. This has happened twice in a row. Had to wait an extra half hour last the designated time scheduled in the app the last time we went. Waited an extra 20 minutes this time. Update 4/7/2022: Service is soooooo slow every time we come here. We clicked the “I’m Here” button in the app the second we pulled in at 8:58pm for a 9:00pm pickup time. The app said to come in and grab our cookies because they were ready, so my husband went inside, waited, and didn’t receive our order until 9:12p. There was only one person, a girl, taking orders and putting together cookies and the other two working (a girl and a guy) messing around in the back of the store not helping the girl at the front counter. It’s just obnoxious. So many people got our order before us even though the app said we were #1 in line when we placed the order and checked in. I added a photo (blocking out faces for privacy) of how many people were waiting for cookies while only person was actually working. I feel bad for her.

The cookies are HUGE and very fresh. The retail space is EXTREMELY small and currently...think COVID protocol...signage respectfully requests no more than 2 people inside at the counter. Yes...you will most likely stand in line outside if you just roll up. They have an app and it gives you the cookie flavors of the week and the ability to order for curbside p/u. The staff is young and growing pains are evident. Gloves were not changed out between orders...they focus on one order at a time...HUGELY frustrating because the staff is ample. Because gloves were not changed out...my box of cookies had melted chocolate on the bottom which transferred to my cloth seats...grrrr. A 4 cookie box is just shy of 14$. For our house = a once in awhile treat. Eat them the day you get them as the quality diminishes drastically by the next day.

So we ordered some cookies tonight for curbside pickup at 5:39. The website told us they would be available immediately, so we left and headed over. When we got there at 6:03, I replied to the text message to let them know we were there. The crowd outside was pretty big, so we congratulated ourselves on ordering curbside.

We waited about twenty five minutes, when the car next to us (who had been here before us) got their curbside order. In about ten more minutes, someone came around with a tablet and a sheet of paper. She took our name, and said their app used for curbside pickup wasn't working, and they didn't get notified we were there. We waited another fifteen minutes, and then I went inside. I asked them where our order was, and watched as the person behind the counter swiped through the orders, and found us 6-7 down from the top. They said they would expedite.

About a minute later, someone came out and let us know they were out of chilled sugar cookies. Apparently the fridge that stored the dough had broken, and they had all spoiled. So we took other flavors instead. A couple minutes later, we finally had our cookies at 7:04 (the text messages when we got there and left were helpful for time stamps!). The staff was very apologetic. It took just over an hour to get them.

As we drove off, my wife looked in the cookie boxes, and discovered they had gotten our order wrong, and given us at least one wrong cookie. At this point, I shrugged my shoulders. I wasn't interested in going back.

Now, why two stars? My kids said the cookies were great.

On the strength of the cookies, we will probably try again, but we're going to wait several months and let them work out the opening kinks. It was not a good experience this evening, and I can't recommend it...

Last Saturday, a taller, Asian young lady was working the register/preparing orders. While my friend and I waited on our orders, the couple behind us ordered theirs and paid in cash. After the the young lady behind the counter completed their order. Instead of changing her gloves after handling money, she went straight back to finishing up our order. She brought over my box, and in true Crumbl fashion showing me my order, she asked me if everything looked ok…I leaned over the counter and quietly told her she should probably change gloves after handling dirty money and then touching food (used gloved hands for crushed cookie dust topping on my cookies) . She acknowledges me with a nod and “ok” so I assumed she was going to do as suggested. I should’ve asked for a new order but the place was super busy and I didn’t want to cause a scene or embarrass her. As we took our order and left out the door. She turned around and took a couple steps towards the back to speak to another coworker. We thought for SURE she would’ve changed her gloves but we never stopped watching her from the sidewalk and then from my car and our gut told us…. she NEVER changed her gloves, she continued on helping customers and touching other's cookie orders. One would think the practice of glove changing would be common sense but sadly what we witnessed was pure laziness and a complete disregard for customers safety AND disrespect, especially after a customer brings it to your attention in the first place. This is absolutely unacceptable during not only flu season but also now that we have COVID floating around. Surely, Crumbl, money handling/gloving/glove changing is part of your new hire orientation! This young lady clearly needs some...

Some good options but overall a disappointing selection and lackluster appearance. The Mom’s cookie was the best with the salt on top, followed by the chocolate chip. The chocolate cake had no resemblance and cake other than the icing. The pink velvet was a flavorless, lousy cookie. The lemon needed more glaze and could have benefited from some zest in it. The lemon slice, poor garnish choice, whose going to eat that. A piece of candied lemon peel would have been better. The shortbread with icing was far from a sugar cookie. Needed a little crunch, it was low on flavor and a garnish besides icing which I thought was to much. My wife likened it to a spritzer cookie in its texture.

Though wide cookies, doesn’t necessarily mean better especially when you’re trying to accentuate the oozing of chocolate chips. A little thicker could have brought that home.

I think 6 cookies a week is not enough of a choice. I noticed the ice cream didn’t seem available as the sign was not lighted. I didn’t see but coffee or hot frothed milk would be great options.

One other thing, is there a way to get the cookies at room temperature, they fell apart very easily. Impossible to eat while driving.

I do look forward to seeing new options to kick it up a notch. It would be great to see the rotation so I could plan my visits accordingly.

Great luck to your endeavor, I’ll be back to see what’s on the menu in the coming weeks.

One other thought, did Crumble go around the area to see what their competition was offering? The other good...
