Jersey Mike's Subs — Restaurant in Leesburg

I would like a full refund for my order please, $31.47. On 4/03/2025 I placed an order online for pick up in the store. I arrived at the store and did not see any to-go bags in the pick up area so I waited by the soda machine for about 10 mins. Another customer came in to order, got their food and left. So I went up to the counter to ask about my order. The bag was ready just sitting beside the back prep area. They handed me by bag and I walked out of the store.

In my car I noticed I had a mini sized sandwich (when I ordered 2 regular size). Then I opened the other sandwhich and it looked very sloppy and messy and was soggy. I didn't see any hot chili relish. I took both sandwiches back inside and told the cashier the order was incorrect. I showed them my receipt and the mini sized sandwhich. The female cashier laughed and said "oh! I read the word "kids" so I made a kids size!" (But the name was "Kids" as the sandwhich was for my kids). I showed them the regular sized sloppy soggy sandwich and I said this is missing toppings.

A male worker grabbed my sandwich, threw it on the back counter, dug through the sandwich with his fingers spreading it all apart then flopped it back together and wrapped it up then slung it across the counter at me and said this is correct. I opened back up the sandwhich and I showed the cashier the wreck of a sandwhich and said this isn't correct, can you please make it again. And two in the correct size. She just staired at me. I asked again and she just staired. I said I'm gonna just have to go to another store. I left the mini sandwich in the shop and I left.

I left and went to the store in Ashburn and ordered again. Everything was great at that store. I don't like to complain but this really was a situation that was deeply rude and disrespectful. I paid $30 for nothing and I had to reorder and pay for more sandwiches at...

I've come here frequently since 2021 and for the most part I've had good service and the place itself is usually clean, albeit the bathrooms can sometimes use more cleaning. However, after coming here on the 31st of May, I'm reluctant to ever go back. I was the only customer that came in and noticed both employees were sitting on a table behind the corner of the restaurant. I'm not sure what it's used for, for all I know it could just be a break area for the employees, but it didn't give me the best first impression. After ordering my sandwich and getting it, which to their credit, it tasted pretty good, I felt uncomfortable with what the employees were talking about. Once all of the other customers left while I was eating (there was maybe three people that came in), I heard one of the employees tell the other that he had sex with a girl that came in to the store earlier. Then, a few minutes later two guys came into the store, one of which I assume is the employees friend based on what happened next. I don't care if they talk to one another, but the employee let the guy go behind the counter to make his own sandwich. I have no idea if the guy wore gloves since my break was almost over and I needed to get back to my job, but if it's any indication of how the store is ran, I don't feel comfortable coming back. Generally I'm not too picky with cleanliness, but if you're allowing customers to go behind the counter to make a sandwich, I don't feel comfortable getting...

I ordered lunch for myself and a co-worker. I picked Jersey Mike's because I do think they have a better sub than Jimmy John's. As I am placing my order online I noticed when I checked out that I was not able to select the "Delivery" option. Odd, but maybe I over looked it. I went to the store on Ft. Evans Road in Leesburg, VA and asked "do you all deliver at all?" The answer I got is the reason for this bad review..."On orders of $100 or more...gotta make it worth my time" Are you serious?! Isn't ANY business big or small worth your time? I literally fumed over this the whole way back to the office...great subs or not my time and money are worth it.
