Manager Whitney needs to be replaced.
Her attitude and overall professionalism needs a re-evaluation from someone of a higher position. Long story short, my food was incorrect and I came inside of the store to get it corrected. I explained my order to the cashier (I forgot her name) and she apologized for it being incorrect, and proceeded to tell Whitney about my issue. As the staff began to remake my food, The cashier tried to give me a "Let’s Make Up" coupon (A free Taco given by the store due to a mistake on their behalf). She asked Whitney if she could give it to me. Whitney said, and I quote, "Naw she don’t need that" and then began to laugh. I pretended as if I didn’t hear her because I was so shocked by her reaction. In addition, her body language was very intimidating so I didn’t want to provoke her. Not once did Whitney apologize for the incorrect order, inconvenience, or mockery. Now, I never look for free food or a discount, so I’m not even upset about not getting the coupon. I’m always willing and happy to pay for professionalism, good/correct food, and kindness. However, I received none of the above from this manager. Mind you, this is just a recap! If you’re going to be a manager, then act as one. If not, then please step down and allow someone else to fulfill your neglected duties. How are the employees more professional and caring than the actual manager? Customer service should not reflect/adjust based on the amount of money spent, but on the pride and respect for the job. Thank you to the kind and thoughtful employees for respecting their job and customers. As to Whitney, thank you for reminding me how customer service should NOT be done. This review will also be going on Yelp and a more detailed review will be given to corporate. There’s nothing worse than a kind and professional staff with a manager who is the complete opposite. Unfortunately, a bad manager represents the overall review of the...

Read moreI just went through the drive through today 8/31/25 at about 4pm and when I say that was the best Taco Bell I’ve had in ages! I stopped going to Taco Bell because every time I went there nobody could get it right or it just tasted old and nasty. I’m not even trying to be rude but half the time it tasted like dog food that’s why I just couldn’t do it my husband and my son really really wanted some Taco Bell so I broke down and I said OK. I got two soft tacos, light lettuce, extra cheese and one soft taco supreme for myself. My hubby got two chicken quesadillas. And my picky son got a cheese roll up. We are all sitting here debating whether or not we should go back and get more because it hit the spot so good especially for me because usually I can’t make it three bites without throwing it out and your customer service was amazing thank you again Because I’ll be coming back. I just hope the next time it taste...
