Disappointing Experience at Auntie Anneās
My recent visit to Auntie Anneās was incredibly disappointing, leaving me with a sense of frustration that overshadowed my craving for their famous pretzels. Upon arriving at the location, I was excited to indulge in a warm, freshly baked pretzel. However, the experience quickly took a turn for the worse.
The staff seemed overwhelmed and unorganized. Despite the relatively short line, it took an unusually long time to place my order. When I finally reached the counter, the employee appeared distracted and disinterested, which made me feel like my order was a burden rather than a priority. After placing my order for a classic salted pretzel and a drink, I was told it would take a few minutes to prepare. I didnāt mind waiting initially, but after nearly 15 minutes, I began to wonder if there was a problem.
To make matters worse, when I finally received my pretzel, it was cold and tasted stale, lacking the warm, fluffy goodness I had anticipated. The dipping cheese I ordered was also disappointing; it was lukewarm and overly processed.
Overall, my experience at Auntie Anneās was a letdown due to poor service, long wait times, and subpar food quality. I would rate my visit just one star, as it failed to meet the standards I expected from this...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI have been coming to this location for several years. I love aunt Annieās pretzels, but I live in Vineyard.. every excuse I have to be out this way I stop in for their delicious pretzels. I am really sad that they recently took away their seasoned pretzel and pretzel bites such as the ranch, sour cream and onion and Parmesan garlic in it but I am now more addicted to their amazing, dipping sauces and other varieties of pretzels. I do hope that the manager or the owners or both of the Lehigh location read this. A while back I went in, and it was a very busy day. The staff was so kind and handled the large crowds so well. I have owned businesses, and Iāve also worked at many many places throughout my life.. I have never been more impressed with a group of young people, and the ones that treat me like the most important customer in that store! A special extra large shout out to Cody! Cody served me one day and was so kind and attentive asking me a lot of questions about my day and over the year we have become friends. Heās not only professional, but heās always so kind to me and I know heās kind of all of his customers there. Keep up the great work Cody.! I hope that your owners of that store know how lucky they are to have you on their team. You definitely keep me...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI'm sure that the pretzels are as good as I remember them but I didn't actually get to try them. I got there 8 minutes before they closed. I knew that there might not be many left but there were a few. Not knowing what was on the pretzels that remained I asked the girl what they were. Her only response was, "Pretzels." No kidding? A couple of them had a little bit of salt on one edge but she said that they were unsalted. I asked if she could put salt on them. She said that they didn't have any salt out right now because they were closed. She still had 8 minutes and it's not like she had to make the salt. I would have bought 2 pretzels. Nobody else was there to buy them so my guess is that they either went in the trash or she took them home. Either way, the company didn't profit from a sale. It lost money. I'm sure she was tired, but so are the rest of us who work a lot more hours than a part-time job and just expect a little bit of customer service with a smile when we...
