McDonald's — Restaurant in Lehi

2nd edit: just want to update once more to confirm that nearly 2 years after I first made this review, they STILL are so great. Just got my lunch there it had been a while since going there and sure enough they got my food out fast and fresh with smiles and a GREAT attitude. In a world where good customer service seems harder and harder to find, this one McDonald’s location refuses to be anything less that excellent.

So yeah it’s been another year of semi frequenting this McDs location. As we all know, this restaurant can be very all over the place in terms of quality and service. Some locations are better or worse depending on the shift, time and staff. Can be pretty inconsistent. But not this place. EVERY time I go here, no matter when, they are on point in every aspect. Speed is top notch, quality is consistently great (fries are seemingly always fresh it’s like they have a rule that they don’t serve fries older than 5 minutes or something) and lastly the customer service is impeccable. Always smiling with nice tones of voice and accommodating. Not sure if they just have great management or something or if the owner just hires good people but whatever it is I’m always so impressed and more importantly, I’m happy. One could even say…. I’m lovin’ it👀 I ALWAYS leave with great, fresh food and don’t have to worry about sinking my teeth into a cold hard burger or stale fries, left to regret spending my money on it. I’m always, ALWAYS satisfied with this location. GO LEHI! Anyways the paragraph after the first paragraph is this is my original review lol

These guys are SO fast. Every time I go here there is a decent line but i get my food just as fast as if there was no line at all. They’re friendly as well. And my food is always well prepared and never old or cold. Love it. You guys...

I am super impressed with the young staff that was on it tonight!!!!!...  NOTE CONTEXT: I am a business owner partly in an office partly a digital nomad... I have recently moved up to the Silicon Slopes area south of Salt Lake, I have tested out 11 McDonalds to see what the feel, environment, staff, and food are like for me to return regularly to work on my laptop and enjoy some hot or cold comfort for a lower price in the crazy inflated economy we are in.. and my family of 7 ... I like this location the best, it is selfishly close to my house, the views are awesome, the surrounding businesses, shopping, food, trails, and parks are fantastic... The seating setting is super flexible, with plugs for laptops, and a great play place for kiddos or an open atmosphere while eating...  SO ... HERE IS WHY I AM so impressed tonight... I have worked in many industries and the food services industry is tough! I myself want what is in a picture... I want fresh, I like hot when it's supposed to be hot... I came in to try this location out...I had an issue with the service and my order of fries...   I won't go into details about what I felt was lacking or my complaint because the staff (a young male manager and a young female employee I am guessing) that helped me heard my criticism, complaints, and feedback and they took it awesomely, they smiled and made everything perfect... I know I can be abrasive in my tone and demeanor and they owned things, smiled, and were problem solvers... STAFF IS HALF THE BATTLE for winning and retaining loyal fans and customers... I’m starving going through a really tough time fight some charges against people using my mental health and making up lies. I needed food because I’m malnourished and need some protein and energy to workout at the gym and compete in call of duty. The lady at the drive through spoke through the box on the menu very clear, politely and kindly. They got my order quick and I actually didn’t have enough money to pay for the 3rd item and Timothy and the manager Glenda fixed it so quick and communicated on how the process worked on how I was gonna get charged and refunded for accidentally spending to much. I’m a Scorpio, I know Nadeshot and faze swagg personally in your guys McDonald’s scream commercials and call of duty content. I’m professional call of duty player/ gamer named Kahrnij/kahrnijj/kahrnijj and I’m making content for bucked up and the Utah Jazz. I also have. Professional account named @theseventharchangel on instagram and you guys are doing such a great job! This photo was before I ate the delicious meal! Everyone I saw had clean sanitized hands making my food, I’m 6’4 and I’m tall in my car so I can see through the window to see how clean the kitchen and drive through is during the holidays and everything looked superb!! Your 2nd food window guy handed me my food so gentle and carefully! Everyone was using clean and professional language and the meal made me feel so happy and good for my workout at the gym.
