Splash Drinks & Treats — Restaurant in Lehi

I came here on a Sunday like I do every Sunday on my way to pick up my son's. After I gave my son's there drink they spit it out and then I tried it and it tasted like water when they were supposed to be a unicorn. I went into the store just as they were closing and was told they can't and won't do anything to replace my 3 drinks that were made with Sprite that was only carbonation no syrup. The employee then proceeded to tell me that she made sprite drinks after mine and no one complained so?. I felt like she was rude and I understand they had just closed but she seemed to think I was lying and refused to even replace the drinks a different day. I come her 1-2 times a week and have never been treated like that. What a waste of my money I ended up throwing 3 full drinks away on my way out...

Splash used to be our go to for the 2 years we have lived here. That is until the last 3-4 months. The drinks are NEVER consistent anymore and more than half the time they don’t even taste right. Either it’s going to be beyond sweet, taste no where close to how it should, or you might as well had just gone into the gas station for a regular drink and save $2+ because it tastes only like the base soda that is in the drink you asked for. Or like today and many other times, it’s hard to even choke down because it’s so bad due to it tasting like chemicals somehow.

Anymore, I’d rather go around the block to Swig and spend $2 more because when they don’t make them correctly I don’t have to force myself...

We went to Splash/Freddy’s today and ordered 4 drinks and 3 of there small packages of cookies for our family. Once our card had been charged we were informed they were out of cookies, and then the drinks came out and were warm and watered down as the ice was immediately melted. When I informed the employee he proceeded to inform me that he couldn’t do any refunds and was not able to provide any solutions stating that “only the CEO” could provide refunds. Very poor experience, they took my name and number on a tiny post it but nothing about why. As of 4/14 I still haven’t heard anything and unable respond to...
