Dunkin' — Restaurant in Lemont Township

I have only been visiting this location as of this spring/summer 2017. I must say that I also only ever get hot or iced coffee beverages. The owner and all employees are beyond nice and always make sure to provide me with the best service and product possible.

There was an incident with being accidentally charged for a drink that was part of the recent "Cook County sweetened beverage tax." The owner HERSELF contacted me and not only reimbursed me my beverage, gave me a small credit on my DD perks card, but most importantly she really expressed her gratitude for pointing out the error. I wasn't the only person that had this issue with the taxes and it helped them fix an error in their system.

The drive through workers are SO nice and even the very young "kids" that work there (to those seasoned coffee drinkers)- they seem to have great customer service training!

Also, although I would like the hours to be opened 24, I still never find an 'off' time to their coffee. Always...

This Dunkin Donuts gets my order wrong EVERY SINGLE TIME! I gave them quite a few opportunities to change my mind but at this point I will never go back to this location again. Ordered a breakfast sandwich and they put the wrong cheese on it. When I went back through to ask If they could remake it the guy tried handing me a piece of cheese and asked if I can just put it on my sandwich myself! Another time I waited 10 minutes and ordered a sandwich on a sesame seed bagel which they put on a croissant. Went back around, waited another 10-15 minutes and instead of making a replacement when I got to the window the guy wanted to see my sandwich to make sure they made it wrong. I hope the penny pinching is worth losing a customer forever. My wife and I would regularly spend $20+ at this location but now I’d genuinely rather take the time to drive to a different...

I’ve been getting the strawberry dragonfruit refresher since it came out. Dunkin has made the drink amazing until a few months-a year now. i ask for extra ice when i get this drink. they used to a phenomenal job with that portion. For awhile now, i feel like they have lacked on that along with their customer service has gotten worse. They put barely even any extra ice and my drink ends up getting watered down with no ice left just because they can’t do the simple task i have requested. Every other dunkin ive gone to knows what they’re doing and hands my drink to me with how i requested. (This is another day), I went to dunkin around 3:30 on 11/10.
