This review is for the recent visit.

I visited the Raising Cane’s drive-thru to purchase two $25 gift cards as gifts for my friends. Since I wanted to ensure the correct amount was loaded on each card, I double-checked with the cashier several times to avoid any mistakes.

However, the cashier’s attitude was extremely disappointing. She made it clear through her facial expressions that she was annoyed by my repeated confirmation. I was simply trying to be careful and ensure accuracy—essentially doing them a favor to avoid any potential errors. Her lack of patience and unprofessional demeanor made me feel disrespected.

This experience was frustrating and unacceptable. Basic customer service skills are essential, and she clearly needs additional training. I hope management addresses this to prevent future issues for other customers.

—————— When we walked into Raising Cane’s, we were immediately welcomed with friendly smiles. I ordered the Caniac Combo, and before I knew it, the food was gone. It was that good! I didn’t even have a chance to take a picture of it because I couldn’t stop eating. The chicken was crispy and tender, and the Cane’s sauce was the perfect addition. I’ll definitely be...

My wife and I truly enjoy Raising Cane’s and dine at this location at least once a week. While it may not be the healthiest option, the food is consistently satisfying. That said, there’s room for improvement when it comes to the service.

On May 6th around 6:15 PM, I went through the drive-thru and was handed a drink that was filled to the point of overflowing and seeping thru the lid. Kudos, but because it tilted slightly when passed to me, which is understandable, the liquid already seeping through the lid spilled all over my hand and shorts. Granted they were work clothes but still. What if they weren’t? I know she noticed and didn’t even offer napkins or apologize. Additionally, it appeared that the employee at the window was reluctant to hand me my food and instead asked a manager or team lead to do so. While I can’t say for certain what prompted that, it would be more professional to wait until the drive-thru window is closed before making remarks or switching out staff during customer interaction.

We love this location and hope to continue enjoying it, but I would appreciate a bit more attentiveness and professionalism in the service...

Bad vibes. After my first visit to Rasing Canes a few years ago, I was hooked, the people that worked there were super cool and friendly and the food was amazing it was like nothing that I'd ever tasted. I want to this same location this past Sunday and noticed that Whataburger had a line around their building and Rasing Canes didn't have many customers and a guy outside sweeping the drive thru, the cashier was not as friendly as the employees had been in the past, not rude, just not like the others had been, then it took longer than usual to get the food, when there were only a few people in line, then I noticed the guy that was sweeping the parking lot inside talking with the other workers that seemed to just be standing around, I'm always wondering if the person that I see outside bothered to wash their hands. I didn't eat the food or drink the soda. I probable going to stop going to this Raising Canes, but I'm not as fond of the sauce as I was in the beginning, Rasing Canes is a one trick pony, Whataburger here I come,...

In the past I've been a big fan of Cane's chicken. The pieces have always been large and plump. But today, I came with my family expecting the great chicken and awesome service. well that didn't happen... the chicken was half the size we had received at Raising Cane's. also the staff didn't seem to care when I complained. I stated that the pieces were very small and even church's pieces are bigger and he said we should go there. REALLY??? as a solution they brought us one tiny piece. this piece was even smaller than the pieces we already had. Is Raising Cane's going broke? Their excuse is" we get them that size and that's what you get", even the manager on duty didn't seem to care that she was potentially looking customers, loyal customers that have been eating at this location from the day it opened. Attached is a photo of the largest piece, this is about half the size of what they normally serve.

First time visitor to this restaurant. The staff was friendly and they served us really quickly. This place is similar to Zaxby's, but I'd dare say the chicken tenders are better. They are bigger and the fries are shoe string crinkle cut. I'm not a big fan of condiments but that cane sauce is absolutely delicious. It tastes like a good blend of mayo and barbeque sauce with some really good spices. My family and I really enjoyed our dinner.
