We asked for 2 donuts and two beverages (2/21/19). I asked for a mini smoothie, the guy questioned it, like he didn’t know what it was(on the menu), so we changed it to small, he repeated everything wrong and changed it to medium, we left it alone. We pull up to pay, he couldn’t speak clearly and forgot what he was doing and was all jumbled. He gave us the coffee, left everything behind the window and left. He seemed extremely off as if on something. Eventually a girl gave us our things when she noticed them inside. She seemed a little off. We got no receipt. We get on the expressway, the Boston cream donut tastes like hot Cheetos. Yes. Hot Cheetos. I flip it, there’s hot Cheeto prints on it. My boyfriend looks at it closely and even tried it thinking it was frosting, it was literally hot Cheetos. The tissue paper in the bag had hot Cheetos on it too. We called back, the girl answered and she was upset and wouldn’t believe us- it was a weird comment- but she was very sarcastic in tone and said “do you like want more donuts or?” We didn’t go back, just asked them to wash their hands. There was laughing in the background when we called anyways. Clearly she sounded offended but like she knew what was going on. When I get to the window they hand me a light brown colored shake, and when I ask them if it is chocolate chip ice cream what they use, all 3 of the employees (manager included) say yes. So I ask for a straw because I want to taste it, I mean I've been buying chocolate chip shakes for ever so I know what they look like, hellooo. It is then when the manager admits to a new employee putting a little chocolate ice cream in the shake by mistake. What? A little? I don't blame the new guy for making a mistake as much I blame the manager for lying to a customer and trying to sell what she very well knows it's not what I ordered. She was upset that I handed the shake back to them and asked to have it made correctly, which they did, but what I got back is not close to a shake at all more like water with some ice cream in it. Read moreI've tried and tried at this location. I work 2 jobs and one is by here. Sadly can't go to this dunkin, the workers are just disrespectful and get every other order wrong. I'm ALWAYS late on break even with a pre-order and often it's wrong. I do customer service and the fact that even with GM/RM intervention nothing changes. In fact it's gotten worse. After complaining on the app, the ppl they're worse. After a week of not going, yesterday the girl in drive thru almost threw my drink at me when I finally went back.
